Termini station, than directly to Cavour Street 2ns on the right.

From North: Highway A1 till Downtown till Central Termini Station
than directly to Cavour street, 2nd on the right you reach hotel.
From South: Highway A1 any way out till Downtown till Central Termini Station than directly to Cavour street, 2nd on the right you reach hotel.
By Train: Central Termini Station directly to Cavour street, 2nd on the right you reach hotel.
