Hostel Starlight

Buono per chi ha bisogno di alloggiare ad un costo basso, ma appartamento deludente, sporco, parete rovinata, frigobar putrido.

Is a good place to stay, the hostel is not bad, the doors are too noisy. It is located in a central area, but the people around is scary... But I would stay again.

The hostel was great and the host was very kind and helpful. It was a little pricey, but the location was pretty good, just outside of the historic district and a ten-minute walk from the Colosseum.

The owner is a gentleman and a really nice person... He was always available when we need help, he gave us a lot of advices and help me and muy wife while she was sick. Thank you very much for everything!!!

Lo recomiendo mucho, Los señores que atienden te tratan muy bn, a mi se me ha olvidado el dinero de mi viaje en la habitacion del hostal, y he llamado, el señor me guardo el dinero y me lo devolvio sin pedirme nada a cambio, en verdad nos han tratado muy bn y son como padres que te explican y te enseñan como recorrer Roma.

Was nice. Owners was so friendly and nice. They allowed to leave our luggage even though it offered no storage for luggage. the standard was fine for the price

O aspecto visual do alojamento não é o melhor,bastante antigo e pouco conservado. No entanto,o quarto estava limpo e arranjado e tinha as comodidades necessárias,e o anfitrião era bastante simpático. Ponto negativo:ao pequeno-almoço serviram-nos apenas um mini-croissaint de pacote sem nada, e um café e um sumo em copo de plástico

Nice place and really close to history centre. Hosts are pleasant and helpful.

Так же место прекрасно подойдет для русскоязычных туристов, которые не владеют английским и итальянским.

buona posizione, a due passi dalla stazione termini e dalla metropolitana.. se dovete fermarvi pochi giorni va benissimo, dopo un po' io sarei infastidita dalla poca pulizia.

the staff is nice but smokes in the building!too bad!! if u have heavy luggage, to reach the 3d floor is challenging without elevator.rooms are spartans and old but quite clean.it s not as close as they say to termini station but anyway doesnt take more than 20ms walking. no kitchen in the hostel.

Lejos de Termini, metro más cercano sin acceso para silla de ruedas o carro bebe, higiene pésima, sin calefacción, sin ascensor, viejisimo.

I paid not too much money for this hostel and hence did not expect too much. But incomparision with other hostels with the similar prize that I visited, this hostel still has minus points:

- It is in an area like China-town, and also with many homeless persons. It gave me unsafe and strange feeling as if I was not in the capital of Italy. We spend at least 45' per day just for moving between the hostel and the nearest train station to the center.

- Even it was said to be near the main train station, it took me 20' to walk from there to the hostel.

- The hostel is indeed an appartment in an old building with some bedrooms. We could not cook, there is no kitchen, no wifi and every thing make me feel dirty althouh I know that the staff cleans everyday.

Last sentence, I will recommend this hostel only if you really prefer saving your budget than having comfortable.
