Wir fühlten uns total wohl in diesem Hotel, da es sehr persönlich war und nur 5 Gehminuten zur Piazza Bra und Arena waren. Die Zimmer waren geräumig, eine Klimaanlage war vorhanden und es war alles sehr sauber. :-) Das Frühstück war einfach, aber sehr gut und reichte vollkommen. Insgesamt ein super Hotel um Verona zu besichtigen!!

イタリア北部観光の拠点として３連泊しました。フロントマンが最悪でした。客を客とも思わぬ態度。チップは要求するわ。はめてる時計を古いから１０ユーローで譲ってくれと２日、会うたび要求。 カード支払いも１０％引かれているのに全額要求するし、予約部屋もトイレは共同と変えてくる、金は即要求、サービスゼロ こんなひどいホテル初めてだ、 二度と泊りたくない。 こいつが親切なイタリア人で無くて良かった。

Everything was fine, except for the lack of water during the day and hot water at night. The day after it was solved, but I was already leaving. Aside this fail, location and staff are ok.

Lo peor es que si vas en coche alquilado, te toca dejarlo un poco lejos, en un descampado a 10 minutos. Por lo demas, para ducharse, dormir y desayunar esta bien.

Eccellente posizione;in centro, ma oltre la zona traffico limitato per cui si può raggiungere l'hotel anche con l'auto senza incorrere nelle famose (per le multe!!!) telecamere veronesi.Presente piccolo parcheggio privato 2 posti auto, gratuito per gli ospiti. Arena e piazza Bra a due minuti a Piedi, Castello di Castelvecchio praticamente di fronte all'hotel, vie dello shopping, Piazza Erbe, casa di Giulietta a 5 minuti a piedi.
L'hotel è adatto a una clientela giovane che si accontenta di un'hotel arredato stile anni 70/80 e anche di condividere il bagno con altre persone.
Le camere sono essenziali...letto, comodino, armadio. Il bagno della nostra camera era spazioso e pulito dotato di water, bidet, doccia e asciugacapelli. Biancheria da bagno pulita per ogni ospite.
Colazione classica all'italiana.
Decisamente un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, tenendo conto del fatto che è un hotel a 1 stella.
Unica pecca: discreta la pulizia delle camere (un po' di polvere tra coperte e copriletti), ma non del bagno che come ho già accennato in precedenza era ben pulito.
Nel compesso...soldi,decisamente,spesi bene.

Bom custoxbeneficio, pelo preço é bom, café da manha razoavel, mas chegue cedo, nao repoem o que acabou. Proximo ao centro e nao muito longe da estação de trem.

ICh weiß es nicht genau, aber gefühlt würde ich sagen gibt es nur ein Bad mit Toilette für alle Zimmer ohne BAD. Das kannschon stressig werden :-).

A no frills hotel that would have been better had I not booked a room with a shared bathroom. If I had it was good VFM for that time of year and for that position right next to the castle. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Great location and good price.
Only one bathroom for about 10 beds.
I enjoyed the big breakfast "outdoor".
Great price for a single room, and great location. Best place for Verona.

El hostal esta bastante bien situado,enfrente del Castillo y muy cerca de todo,llegas andando en 10min a casa de Julieta,5min de Arena.

We enjoyed the Hotel Arena very much. Close to center of town (walk to Arena) good breakfast except one day when we came as breakfast was ending & the staff was very busy. Beds were very comfortable. Cost was reasonable. We stayed 3 nights when the original plan had only been for one night. The room was a bit cold, we came during a cold spell in January but were provided extra blankets. We could not figure out how to get the TV to work but we did not pursue it.

This is a great place! I love to stay here and its very near to important places to visit...they got also, informations about tours and great places to visit, so if you want to gofor example sirmione, they give you advice how to go there, in tours or by yourself...all people in staff are great and kind! Breakfast its complete and healthy...If I decide go for vacations again...definitly I'll choose this place! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Es un buen hotel muy bien ubicado, es bastante acogedor y limpio. El desayuno es super !!! y los trabajadores son muy gentiles. La "diversion" se busca afuera, al fin y al cabo si vas de turista no te quedas en el hotel... Muchas gracias al Hotel Arena y a Verona. Me encanto.

It was a very good and OK hotel. Very clean, with a very nice staff and good breakfast.
I didn't like that much the fact that there was nobody from the staff after 9 P.M. and in the morning nobody before 8 A.M.
Overall, good hotel and cheap.
