We run the free Yoga class every morning from Sunday to Friday which is probably new for tourists who wish to stay in Thamel. You can feel like mediating all the time you stay in Himalaya Yoga and make yourself feel relaxed in the peaceful environment.
Hotel Himalaya Yoga is located in a distance of 2 minutes’ walk from Kathmandu Guest House, the property was once a Buddhist meditation center for a long time under the supervision of Kopan Monastery before taking over by the management of Acme Guest House. The hotel offers a wide range of services, facilities and meditation & yoga courses for long term or short staying guests visiting Nepal for business, pleasure, adventure & meditation trips.
Our main goal is to combine our best hospitality service with well being of your health through meditation after a tiresome journey. Hotel Himalaya has specially introduced the retreat under the best guidance of our very experienced yoga & meditation teacher. Our yoga & meditation program runs six days a week all year round. Whether it is your first visit to Himalayan country of Nepal or you have been many times, we will take every possible care to make your inner as well as outer journey as joyful as possible
