Located in the heart of the Costa del Sol, right in the center of Benalmádena – Costa. 150 mts. from the beach. Next to the Port of Benalmádena “Puerto Marina”, with all the night-life. Bars, restaurants, shoping, discos.... Perfectly comunicated with the main higways. 12 km from the airport of Málaga. 3 km from 18 holes golf course. Public Parking close to the building.
IMPORTANT: At your arrival you have to leave 100 euros at the reception as a deposit, that we will give back to you at your departure.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Summer: Up to 10 days before arrival: 0% fee.
From 9 until 3 days before: 40% of expenses.
Up to 2 days before: 80% of expenses.
Up to 1 day before / No show: 100% of expenses
REST OF THE YEAR Up to 2 days before: 1 night cost
