“Ekotel” is an apart hostel in Lviv. It offers a range of comfortable rooms of different categories which vary from Economy rooms for many persons with sanitary conveniences for general use in the corridor to triple and double Standard rooms with in-room conveniences. Our motto is “Maximum comfort at a minimal price”.

Our apast hostel is situated not far from the city center. It takes approximately 15 minutes to get to the hotel from an old part of the city, namely from Rynok Square and Opera Theatre. Besides, there are many crossroads near hotel leading to railway or bus station and to Lviv airport. Owing to convenient location, you can reach any part of Lviv without problem.

Budget hotel “Ekotel” consists of 13 rooms (up to 50 sleeping places), that is why we are happy to accommodate different tourist, sports and other groups. We can also offer you free of charge spacious parking lot near hotel with 24-hour security service where you can leave your car or bus.

Room descriptions and prices

There are two rooms with sanitary units for general use in hotel “Ekotel” – each of them has two toilet and shower cabins and three washbasins. We can also offer you a spacious kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave oven, electric kettles, necessary plates and dishes and convenient kitchen furniture. Coffee and tea are for free. Right near reception you may find a guest hall with cozy sofas, tables and a big TV-set with plasma display. You can easily combine your rest and enjoyable communication in a circle of friends with the process of watching your favorite native or foreign TV channels.

“Ekotel” offers you different rooms of various categories. Thus, every guest of our hotel has a possibility to choose the room which satisfies his/ her requirements according to price, level of quality and comfort. Some of the rooms have private sanitary units; others have sanitary units for general use in the corridor.



** Additionally, the clients of the hotel have to pay tourism tax which equals 1% of the general cost of accommodation according to the Resolution №96 of Lviv City Council from 30.12.2010.
*** The cost of bedclothes, two towels, coffee and tea is included in the price.
**** Breakfast is not included in the price of accommodation but can be ordered at additional price.

Accommodation and living conditions
Check-in service in our hotel starts at 13:00. In case of an early arrival, we advise you to agree this beforehand with administrator and make some additional payment afterwards. We can provide early arrival for you only if the room you have reserved is free. The cost for early arrival is the following: accommodation made 6 hours earlier before the check-in time requires 25 % of a general cost of the room per night; if you want to be accommodated in our hotel 12 hours earlier before the check-in time, you have to pay half of the general cost of the room per night; if you come 18 hours earlier before the check-in time, you have to pay 100 % of a general cost of the room per night. Additionally, you have to pay 1% of a tourism tax according to the Resolution №96 of Lviv City Council from 30.12.2010.

You may pay for the services you booked by cash or with the help of banking transaction. Moreover, we accept credit cards of such brands as “Visa” and “MasterCard”.

Accommodating procedures are made at the reception within 24 hours. The administrators can speak Ukrainian, Russian, Polish and English.

Location
One of the advantages of “Ekotel” is a convenient place of location. You can easily get from our hotel to any place of Lviv. The infrastructure near hotel is highly developed – there is a wide choice of various cafés, restaurants, pizzerias, product shops, shops with clothes and shoes, hairdressing saloons, etc.

While walking to the city center, which usually takes about 15-20 minutes, you have an opportunity to discover interesting Lviv historical places such as Kastelivka region with its magnificent villas and other buildings built by a well-known architect Yulian Zakharievych, and different historical museums in Kopernik Street (“Lontskyi Street Prison” and “The Rusalka Dnistrova Museum”). In addition to that, on your way to Svoboda Avenue you may visit “Ossolineum”, Lviv Art Palace and Pototskyi Palace Museum (now it is a department of Lviv Art Gallery and also a residence of the President of Ukraine). If you want to use the means of public transport in order to get to the city center, you may take a tram № 3, 5 and a bus № 21, 45, 48, 114.

Place of location of the budget hotel “Ekotel” may attract attention of those who take part in exhibitions in sports complex “Spartak”, because “Ekotel” is situated only 900 m away from this place (12 min on foot). Services offered by our hotel can be also interesting for sports groups. Its location allows to reach the Recreation Park named after Bohdan Khmelnytsky (“Yunist Stadium”, 900 m), sports complex “Spartak” (900 m) and water sports building “Aqua park Pliazh” (2500 m, 3 bus stops by tram № 3 or 5) without any problem.


Conference-hall
Except of a wide range of rooms in our hotel, we may offer you also a spacious conference-hall which can accommodate approximately 50 persons. It is equipped with flip charts, projector and other necessary stationery. Thus, with the help of a budget hotel “Ekotel” you may easily plan different conferences, seminars or training classes. We will help you find a budget variant of organizing different occasions, taking into consideration professional approach and high quality of service. It is also possible to provide coffee-breaks at an agreed time.
