We are located on US 40, in the downtown area of Winter Park. **We also offer a free shuttle if you are arriving at the Amtrak station in Fraser. Please call us at (970) 726-8885 after you make the booking if you would like to set up a shuttle.


**8.9% Tax not included in room rate, and due upon arrival

**Winter Deposit, Cancellations are as follows…

-50% of your reservation will be due within 14 days of your arrival date (organized with staff after booking made)

-Cancellations made prior to 14 days or your arrival will be charged 25 dollars , per room cancellation fee

-Cancellation made within 14 days of your arrival will forfeit the deposit made.
