The building belongs to the Hotelier Chain Howard Johnson since the year 2000, and it is situated inside a Gallery, declared a Cultural Heritage. Howard Johnson Florida Street is situated in the heart of the city centre, the best location. Our Staff is trilingual, and they are able to solve any problem you have.

Our Hotel has 77 Superior Rooms with King Size and Queen Size beds. These are 40 m2, full-equipped to satisfy all the requirements of our guests. They are non-smoking rooms and the facilities are: LCD, telephone, Coffee Machine with a kit of coffee of courtesy, Iron and Table of Ironing, Safety deposit box, Hair dryer, Reading light, Blackout Courtains, Fire extinguishers , Heating, Air conditioning, Free WiFi, Minibar, a Desk and a Sofa. Uvjeti i pravila

- If the guest is a 'No Show' (doesn't come to the Hotel the date of the Check-in) will be charged one night of each reserved room.

- Early Departure: guests need to go away before the date of the Check-Out, wiil must notify this, to Reception Departament the day before, otherwise will be charge 01 night in concept of penality.

- 'Non Refundable' Bookings , not allow Changes and Cancellations, and will be charged on your credit card, when the Hotel receives the reservation.
