Rainbow Bay Backpackers

The Greenmount Beach Hotel was opened in 1980 and has been one of Coolangatta's most well known hotels. Rainbow Bay Backpackers is the recent addition to the hotel with the Backpackers wing being opened in 2018.

Rainbow Bay Backpackers has 16 rooms that have 108 beds in it in total. This rooms range from female, male, and mixed and have either 4, 6, or 8 beds in beach room with a shared bathroom and a common area kitchen. The beds in the rooms are either bunk beds or single beds.

Have a common area kitchen and lounge area with a couch and TV. Wifi is also included with breakfast as an option which is located down in the restaurant on level 3.

We are located between Greenmount Beach and Rainbow Bay Beach. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance of the building

Rainbow Bay Backpackers is located within the Greenmount Beach Hotel on the wing side of the building.
Cheap and cheerful. Has a very easy access to the beach and shops.
