Милый семейный отель с хорошим расположением, недалеко от центра. Сейчас, отель, полностью некурящий. Очень дружелюбный персонал. Оставила электрический чайник, поэтому, если захочется в номере попить, вечером, чай, попросите чайник на время проживания. :) Думаю, не откажут.

En lineas generales está bien. Las habitaciones están limpias, con TV y buena temperatura, eso sí la decoración de es para echarse a llorar, es imposible que sea más fea.
El desayuno está bastante bien. La gente es bastante simpatica y la zona está a 10m del centro en tranvia.
Ademas tienes justa al lado una rueda de sushi muy buena, y en frente hacen unas pizzas de la leche por 6€, para los dias que no os apetezca salir. Lo recomiendo.

Het hotel was eenvoudig maar goed verzorgd.
Mensen aardig en behulpzaam.
Helaas niet bereikbaar voor mensen die geen trap kunnen lopen om dat de kamers altijd op de eerste verdieping zijn.

The hotel is well located.
However, the receptionist did not know about the tourist card "Vienna Card" and We were wrongly told that it was the "public transportion 72 hours" card.
We also asked them where to buy tickets to go Budapest by boat, and they sent us to a wrong site (where tickets are bought the boat to Bratislava).
Breakfast was not bad, but there were not quite different ingredients.
The room and bathroom were quite clean.

Sin embargo, los recepcionistas no conocían la tarjeta turística "Vienna Card" y me dijeron que era la de "transporte público 72 horas"
También preguntamos dónde se compraban los billetes para ir en barco a Budapest, y nos enviaron a otro sitio distinto (donde se compran los billetes del barco a Bratislava).
El desayuno no era malo, pero no era variado.
La habitación y el baño estaban bastante limpios.

il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, la posizione è niente male e poi l'accesso indipendente dalla vista della reception può tornare utile.. però per dichiararsi un tre stelle con stanze riammodernate direi che il confort offerto non è adeguato (bagno privo di un asciugacapelli, pareti ingiallite) e la pulizia un pò lasciava a desiderare (cassetti impolverati e in 4 notti mai cambiati gli asciugamano) e la prima colazione non il massimo.

El hotel tiene una ubicación perfecta, muy costoso para el tamaño del hotel y la calidad/cantidad de los servicios.
Lo mejor el personal!! Raimond nuestro recepcionista y anfitrion es una persona excepcional, amable y siempre a tu servicio. Igualmente ele personal del comedor, atento y servicial.

locations is about 15 minuten walk from the city. absolutely not in the hart of the city.

The rooms were not really clean, especially the bathroom wasn't very nice.You could see dust and a little dirt almost every where. The towels and the bed, however, were clean.
The staff was very friendly and helpful so the atmosphere was very nice. The location was perfect, just 10 minutes walk to the rathaus and approx. 15min to stephansdom, city center.

We really recomend this hotel-pension. The personal was very service minded both for us as guests at the hotel and as guests in Vienna. The room was clean and tidy. Really worth its price. The communications to the city, to Maria Hilfestrasse and other things are good.
