Tuve un problema con la reserva y el staff hizo todo lo posible por arreglarlo de forma rápida.
La habitación estaba limpia y los principales puntos de interés de Viena están muy cerca caminando.

ホテルの場所が旧市街から少し離れているものの、ガイドブックにも載っている市場の近くだったのですごく良かったです。毎日ベッドメイキングもしてくれますし、ホテル全体も綺麗でした。裏手にはスーパーもあって長期滞在するのにはぴったりではないでしょうか。

It's a fantastic place to stay in and rest in Vien!The room was clean,comfortable and equipped in a high standard and the staff were always helpful and polite. Close to the city centre,public transport and shops.The hotel offers a really high standard for a convenient price:)

El hotel muy limpio y ordenado. Lindo la decoración de las habitaciones, muy modernas.
Internet solo gratis en la sala de estar, en las habitaciones hay que pagar. Esto no nos ocurrió en el hotel Meninger de Frankfurt.
Lo que me pareció muy mal es que al llegar la conserje del hotel nos informará que el check in era a las 15 hs !!! Si queriamos acceder a la habitación en ese mismo instante (11 hs) teniamos que abonar 10 euros extras!!
Lo hicimos porque no podiamos esperar 4 hs con las valijas en el lobby del hotel.
ESTO NO PASO EN MENINGER FRANKFURT!
No entendemos esto.

新設だからか、女性部屋（最大４人）だったから特にそうなのか？
毎日ベッドメイキングの方がとてもキレイにして下さってびっくりしました。
私がこちらに１ヶ月も泊まっていたからでしょうが、その内２週間近くは１人でした！
一つだけ、共同キッチンがAM７時～AM１１時まで使えない、というのがちょっと不便でしたが
それ以外は特に不満はなかったです。
スタッフさんは親切な上にジョークが好きなフレンドリーな方達ばかりでした！駅近なところもGood^^
機会があればまたこちらを利用したいです!!!

Much more of a "hotel" feel than a hostel, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Staff was incredibly helpful, professional and quite multilingual.
Maybe 15 minutes walk from St. Stephen's Cathedral, but there are U-Bahn stations closer if you don't want to walk. Definitely recommend this place!

The position of the hotel is very good, since the closest underground station is very near (about 500m if you get the right station exit). Otherwise the distance is of 5 minutes walking.
For the rest, the hotel was very good. If I'll come back to Vienna, I'll surely book in this hotel!

siamo stati in questo ostello poco dopo la sua inaugurazione; il nostro parere, anche se ci siamo fermate una notte sola è: eccellente. Un'osservazione: mancano indicazioni precise per raggiungerlo e noi abbiamo girovagato un po' prima di trovarlo.
