About the property
The owners have been working for more than 24 years in the accommodation industry and the property is located on the largest, calm and safe beach on the south coast of São Paulo state. Their differential is having a personalized service to each guest with facilities in a warm and family atmosphere. Adriana Beach is located just 35 meters from the beach and 3 km from the center. The staff is highly qualified and always seeking for excellence and obtaining the best service.

Accommodation
1. Standard Apartment: 1 double bed and up to 2 single beds (TV, air conditioning, ceiling fan, minibar and hairdryer).
2. One Bedroom Flat: kitchen with stove, refrigerator and some utensils. It has a balcony with hammock. In the bedroom there's 1 double bed and in the living room 1 bunk bed (TV, air conditioning, ceiling fan and hairdryer).
3. Flat with 2 bedrooms: same as one bedroom, but with 2 bedrooms.

Common areas, services and activities
The breakfast, bed linen and parking are included in the daily rate.
Adriana Beach features a swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, a barbecue area, games room and WiFi access in the whole property.
There is an additional charge of R$ 50,00 to use the Jacuzzi for 1 hour and up to 7 people.

Surroundings
Close to the property, you will find some bars that serve meals, supermarkets, pharmacy, shops, pizzerias, ice cream shops and nightclubs.
