Pousada Papaya Container is lovely and very well located on the banks of the Rio Grande de Ubatuba, 100 meters away from Itagua Beach, the atmosphere is very welcoming and it has good energies that contagious to everyone!

In this property all rooms have wardrobe, private bathroom and a view to the garden or to the mountains.

Papaya has 14 apartments that include:

The hotel has a privileged location, we are in Ubatuba-SP, one block from Itaguá beach, 100m from Praça da Baleia and Ubatuba Aquarium. We are also close to Porto Itaguá Shopping and Projeto Tamar. It is easy to access to several beaches: Tenório, Praia Grande and Praia Vermelha do Centro, sought for surfing. Around us we have the best restaurants, bars and kiosks of various types.

A small daily fee will be charged to cover the costs of cleaning and disinfecting the accommodation; in the amount of R $ 60.00 (per day) per pet
Because the amount charged is only to cover basic expenses, no type of product or pet food will be provided;
Guests must bring all the necessary utensils for the pet's stay, (containers for water and feed, guide, walks, food and hygiene material).
Pets are strictly forbidden in the following places: Cafeteria, Reception, Living Room;
When owners are away, it is very important that you take your Pet with you;
It is not allowed to leave your Pet in the suite without your presence;
Do not, under any circumstances, allow your pet to remain, play or sleep on beds or sofas (if found, an extra fee will be charged for disinfection and cleaning or replacement, as the case may be);
Do not use in any way the utensils of the Inn, such as towels, sheets, blankets, plates, glasses, etc., for the use or comfort of your Pet;
 Cleaning the dirt expelled by your pet in the accommodations, as well as in the common areas of the Pousada. If you need any kind of product, please ask the housekeepers;
It is expressly forbidden to walk your Pet without a collar and guide on the premises of the Pousada;
 It will be at the owner's discretion and risk whether or not to use the muzzle depending on the degree of aggression of the animal;
The pet owner undertakes to reimburse the Pousada for any damages caused by the Pet;
Animals will not be able to bark or make any noise that disturbs other guests;
If the animals are agitated, aggressive or unable to keep silent, the Pousada will have the right to request their departure;
The pet will only be accepted if the Owner signs the term of responsibility for compliance with the rules above.

Upon entry / check-in, it is mandatory to complete the FNRH (National Guest Registration Form) as well as the presentation of a valid original document with photo;
If there is a Child and / or Adolescent, he / she must present a valid original document of the child and another one that proves the authority of the accompanying Adult (birth certificate, ID card or travel authorization);
The daily rate starts from 14:00 and ends at 12:00 the next day. After this period, if there is availability, the value of half a contracted daily will be charged until 14:00, after this time a full contracted daily will be charged, if available.
Arrival before 14:00 and departure after 12:00, must be communicated to the establishment in advance and will be subject to availability and a difference in the daily rate;


FRIGOBAR:
We ask for collaboration and coherence so that foods that require temperatures similar to domestic refrigerators are not stored in mini-fridges, as our equipment is only a refrigerator; and therefore the quality of the items can be compromised, putting their consumption at risk. Also avoid the provision of food and snacks on the counters and beds, thus avoiding attracting insects to your suite.
WATER / SOFT DRINKS / BEERS are available on our menu when requested at reception for consumption in the minibar. Thus, it is not allowed to bring them, as they may be confused and charged at the end of the stay.

VOLTAGE:
With the exception of air conditioning, shower and minibar, all outlets are 110v.

VALUABLES:
Pousada Papaya Container is not responsible for objects or valuables left in the suites and / or common areas.

PETS:
Small, permitted and charged will be accepted, REQUEST PET RULES.

ROOM STORAGE:
The cleaning and tidying of the suites will be done daily, from 08: 30h to 14h, leaving the key in reception.
It is mandatory to leave the key at the reception when you are away from Pousada Papaya Container.
In the continuous use of the suite, the bed linen will be changed every 2 nights.
The request for exchange / additional items will be charged, consult values ​​at the reception.
In order for the towel set (bath and face) to be changed, it must be deposited on the bathroom floor, but we kindly ask you to reuse it as many times as you deem appropriate, before putting it for washing and sanitizing, in an ecological attitude. and conscious in the intention of reducing the negative impact on the environment. We do not tidy the rooms or change towels on departure.
Bedroom clothes (bed sheet, pillowcase, duvet, face or bath towel and bathroom rug), used to clean shoes, hair paints, makeup or other purposes that damage the piece, or increase the normal dirtiness of its use (marks of shoe, blood, lipstick among others), the value of the part that is used / damaged or the amount corresponding to hygiene and cleaning will be charged;
In order to maintain the quality of bed linen and towels, curtains as well as furniture and equipment, we need to charge guests when they are damaged or excessively dirty;
It is requested the utmost care with the objects, bed / bath clothes, furniture and utensils owned by the inn, which are intended for you to provide comfort and well-being. Any damage, destruction, lack or loss will be charged to the guest's account;
Bath / bed linen not found in the suite when cleaning or at check-out will be charged to the guest;
Materials borrowed from any sector of the hotel must be delivered to the reception, the non-return until the date of your departure will imply a charge in their values.

LEISURE AREAS:
They are exclusive to guests and are therefore forbidden to visitors.

DAMAGE:
Included in the daily rates is the regular and proper use of the inn's facilities, as well as infrastructure, materials and equipment. The monetary replacement at market value for voluntary damage (s) or, for misuse of the Pousada's assets, will be the guest's full and immediate responsibility. If this is not possible, a payment slip will be issued.
PROHIBITIONS:
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the suites and in areas common to guests, according to STATE LAW No. 13,541 (Subject to a cleaning fee of R $ 60.00).
Use sound equipment in the common areas of the inn and parking. Please respect the other guests by keeping quiet, especially between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am;
Excessively accelerate your vehicle, causing disturbance of peace and smoke.
Extend clothes / towels on the balconies / windows of the apartments, throw objects through the window, on the floor, on the lawn, sanitary facilities and / or parking or even
throw trash on the floor, cigarette etc. Be polite, keep the common area clean;
Enter the sectors restricted to employees (laundry, kitchen, warehouse, etc.);
Bring towels from the suites for any activity outside the inn;
Circulate through the Pousada in smaller suits, sleepwear or shirtless;
Carry or use materials that may bring personal risk or risk to a third party;

THE POOL:
The pool is treated with appropriate products so it is not allowed to enter using oily products that impair water quality.
Our pool has a depth of 1.30m and is suitable for the practice of Biribol.
For minors, staying in the pool is only allowed accompanied by the guardians.
Opening hours: from 10:00 to 21:00.

PARKING:
We have private, rotating vacancies, open and free, not covered by insurance;
Guests are kindly asked to keep their vehicle closed and locked, leaving no objects or valuables inside the vehicle in the parking lot, thus preventing damage, theft and theft, as well as future annoyances.
Any type of damage to the vehicle, such as burglary, accidents caused by nature, fire, acts of vandalism by third parties will be reported to the police for possible investigation;
Sudden acceleration, loud sound or any other noise that may disturb the silence and quiet is not allowed, under penalty of a contracted daily fine.

RESERVATION AND ACCOMMODATION RULES
PAYMENT METHODS:
Cash payment: we request a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay to make the reservation and the remaining 50% at check-in (entry) in cash, debit or credit card not accepted, if you choose to pay by credit card credit or debit will be charged the amount without the discount.
Payment by card: the total amount of the stay will be charged at the time of booking, requiring the card details.

The reservation holder is responsible for the full payment of the reservation.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION:
For confirmation, it is necessary for the guest to send the identified proof of the amount agreed for it, using the bank details informed by email or whats App, by our team within 24 hours of receiving this information, the receipt of the proof must be confirmed by Pousada Papaya Container, after this period our system disregards it and it becomes necessary to initiate a new reservation request.

CHILDREN / COURTESY:
Children aged 3 and over are considered adults in this accommodation.
Children aged 2 years and 364 days are complimentary, noting that this courtesy is valid only for 01 children per suite, the 2nd child regardless of age, will be charged normally.
To see prices and correct occupancy information, please inform how many children are in your group and their ages respectively.

BUDGETS AND QUOTES:
All of our values ​​are disclosed in R $ (reais), as well as the conditions related to it; and may change at any time, as long as the reservation has not yet been confirmed.

DATE CHANGES:
For the convenience and tranquility of guests, all reservations can be changed, once, up to 10 days before check-in (arrival). These requests will be accepted as soon as they are sent by e-mail with the new desired date. The date transfer fee in the amount of R $ 60.00 will be charged for each requested change, as well as the possible price difference between one period and another, as long as the request is formalized and if the Pousada is available for such change.
CANCELLATIONS:
For greater peace of mind for guests, our policy follows:
Cancellations requested up to 14 days before check-in (arrival) will have a refund of the amount paid, less a cancellation fee of R $ 60.00.
Requests sent less than 14 days before the check-in (entry) date will be disregarded, with no possibility of any refund, even in the most diverse cases of any fatality or illness.
 For this type of request, the date of sending the email will be considered.
Return operations will be charged a fee of R $ 10.50 per operation with a term of 07 working days for the deposit.
Cancellation requests will only be accepted via e-mail with bank details, name of the holder, CPF, number and name of the bank, branch, and current account number.
Cancellations by phone or whats App will not be accepted

WITHDRAWAL AFTER ENTRY:
After the occupation of the apartment, there will be absolutely no form or possibility of return, discounts, compensation or any other type of reimbursement, in any way, even partial.

“NO SHOW” (No show):
Withdrawal, or cancellation outside the time limits stipulated above (“no show”)
Failure to show up, without prior notice (according to the guidelines in the items above) will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation, with no possibility of relocating dates and / or reimbursement of deposited amounts, with the leased unit being available for another reservation from 12 noon on the day next to the one reserved for check-in (arrival).

EARLY CHECK-OUT:
The anticipation of check-out (departure) is an option of the guest. We clarify that, due to climate change and / or any other unforeseen and justification (formal and informal), this decision will not result in the refund of the amounts paid and due or the credit of daily rates / values ​​to be used later.
