From San Jose there are several options. You can use a private “Transfer” for less than $90, a Grayline Bus for less than $30, or a Public Bus for less than $4. The trip takes 2.5 to 3 hours(Ask the driver to let you off at the Colonial Rst 50 mts away on Calle Bohio).

Once in Jaco proceed o Calle Bohio in the center of town. On the corner of Calle El Bohio is the restaurant 'El Colonial'. Turn towards the ocean onto Calle El Bohio, walk about 50 mts. Hotel De Haan is on the right side of the street.
