From the airport:

Buy a 32CZK ticket (valid for the whole journey) at the yellow automat and take bus number 119, which runs every 7-20 minutes. Validate your ticket on the bus. At the final stop (Dejvická metro station), take the Metro green line (A) to Muzeum. Change to the red line (C) and head in the direction of “Letnany” to “Nádraží Holešovice” (4 stops).

You can take the Airport Express bus (50CZK) every 30 minutes directly to the central railway station (“Hlavní Nádraží”).

From the central railway station (“Hlavní Nádraží”):

Take the Metro red line (C). If you don’t already have a public transport ticket, buy a 24CZK ticket at the yellow automat, valid for the entire journey. Validate your ticket in the yellow boxes before going down to the metro platform. Take the metro in the direction of “Letnany” and get off at “Nádraží Holešovice” (3 stops). Our guests recommend not changing your money at the train station but make use of our commision free exchange counter at the hostel open daily 7am-7pm.
At “Nádraží Holešovice,” turn left when you step off the train carriage and go up the escalator. Exit from there, cross the tram rails to the other side of the road and take any tram one stop to “Ortenovo Námestí”. The hostel is just a 2 minute walk from here. Head toward the Hotel Plaza Alta on the opposite corner. You can see the hostel from here on your left side.
