günstig-aber in Ausstattung, Ausblick, Lage schwach ausreichend. Das Konzept im historischen Gebäude mit innerdeutschen Vergangenheit ein Hostel zu verorten ist klasse, das typische BWL-Konzept (wie in deutschen Krankenhäusern) eine Massentourismushotellerie im abgeranzten Industrievorort Hamburgs zu verorten und sichtlich überfordertes Personal aus zu beuten und auf eine Marke zu setzen: Nachhhaltig-historisch-sozial - ist für den Einzelreisenden aus der EU beim Erstaufenthalt vielleicht okay. Veröhnte Touristen finden aber Eincheckzeiten von 40- 60 min Schlange stehend nicht okay, wenn sie nach längeren Flügen ankommen. Die Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption und der kleinen Bar in den Nachtstunden sind gut. Indgesamt verbesserungswürdig. Preis-Leistung: befriedigend.

Area was a little sketchy, felt uncomfortable walking there late at night, and it's a little far from the center of the city. But the hostel itself was lovely.

Ein typisches A&O Hostel. Die Hausverwaltung war sehr flott, es wurden gemeldete Defekte noch am gleichen Tag repariert.
Die Reinigung könnte etwas genauer hinsehen.

Excellent service for personal in front of the house, general areas in good conditions and cleanliness,the only thing it doesn't like me was the dirty spots in the shower and bathroom.

Wer nicht so anspruchsvoll ist für den ist das Hostel genau richtig.Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig im gesamten Hostel.Die Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig,Ohrenstöpsel sind empfehlenswert.
Das Frühstück war reichhaltig.Für jeden Geschmack was dabei.Die Zimmer gingen so,
daß Bad war sauber. Die Matratzen waren zu weich und an den Wänden waren deutlich
Gebrauchsspuren zusehen. Die Fenster waren total verdreckt. Wir hatten noch ein 2. Kopfkissen bestellt,dass aber nie ankam. Unser Fazit:Nicht nochmal!!!

This is a really big hostel, but well organized, even though there is a waiting line at the reception most times. It's nice, clean, has everything you need for a short stay (towels, toiletries, hair dryer..). We stayed in a 4bed room and it was quite spacious. If you are staying in a dorm room you might want to bring your own padlock, it was not provided (at least in our room). Not too far from the city center, around 15 min walk. Good value for money.

Per alloggiare ad Amburgo non c'è soluzione migliore di quest'ostello. Pulito, spazioso, centrale e pieno di incontri. Ci tornerò.

Etwas verwirrende Wegbeschreibung, wodurch es vom HBF zum Hostel zu Fuß länger gedauert hat als gedacht. Der Empfang war aber nett und das Zimmer und Bad sauber.

l'addetta alla pulizia delle stanze si limitava a cambiare la busta del cestino della spazzatura e portare la carta igienica.
l'ostello si trova vicino a una fermata della metro e relativamente vicino alla stazione centrale dei treni, ma il posto è propor brutto.
lo staff è relativamente gentile.

駅から若干離れていますが、値段には満足できると思います。ただ、この価格なので色々な方が来られます。泥棒もいます。慣れてない方は気をつけてください。

Отличный хостел, в 5 минутах от железнодорожной станции и в 10 минутах от главного вокзала Гамбурга. До центра города 15 минут пешком по прямой, никуда не сворачивая. Отзывчивый дружелюбный коллектив. Советую этот хостел всем туристам, кто спешит в Гамбург:)
