I think that breakfast would be included and that it shouldn't be an additional cost for the sheets.

Almost like a hotel, comfortable beds, nice bathroom and shower facilities in my 6-beds room. Definitely clean, you get clean sheets and towels upon arrival. nice lobby downstairs free wifi and computers, bar, etc. Only bad remark is about the staff: you must pay upon arrival which I find unusual, and I was not notified about this before I arrived. I arrived around 1 am, didn't have Euros on me and I wasn't notified that I had to pay upon arrival. I had Danish currency on me, amounting to more than what I had to pay for the hostel, I suggested I could give that as a deposit until early in the morning, or my 1500 Euro Macbook Pro, I had already paid the deposit so my clean intentions were obvious. The receptionist didn't even look me in the eyes, just said: mmmthnaaa. At least one would expect that someone will look you in the eyes when basically telling you that you have to sleep in the streets tonight. Luckily, my credit card worked for the first time that day, so I was able to pay. Later on, on other occasions, everytime I asked for something, the guy didn't even look me in the eyes and he was even gone before I could say thank you.

gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, saubere und gut ausgestattete Zimmer, Frühstück gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, einzige neg. Kritik: das Ausleihfahrad wurde mir zunächst für den 2. Tag für 10 Euro angeboten, ich musste dann aber 12 für beide Tage zahlen! Alles in Allem ist das Hotel weiterzuempfehlen!

I don't like this place..because staff registration was rude with me((and it's realy exepensive and A&O doesn't cost spent money...

Gutes, einfaches Hostel mit netten Leuten und zu günstigen Preisen.

Einzig verwirrend war, dass wir dachten Frühstück inbegriffen zu haben. Das wurde leider nicht ganz so deutlich im Vorfeld.

予約の際に、女性のみの部屋希望とリクエストを入れました。到着の際に男女混合の部屋と女性だけの部屋とどちらがいいか聞かれたので、再度女性のみの部屋を希望しました。ところが、翌日からは半分が男性。結果楽しかったので良かったのですが、もっとしっかりした管理が必要だと思います。

Super Hotel nur der Fußweg ist mehr als 450 m vom Bahnhof, ehrlich wäre besser, 450 m sind wahrscheinlich Luftlinie.

this here is a very nice place!!! many computers for internet, almost private rooms, even when hosteling, as they have lots and lots of rooms, the baths are inside the rooms, there is a bar, breakfast is cheap and aboundant! all's great!

I very much enjoyed my time there.

Nice place at a good price. Nice hotel-atmosphere and good service. Location is not the most interesting, but the bar in the basement is a plus. Would stay there again.

Comodidad y limpieza a muy buen precio

Et ganske udemærket Hostel. Gode værelser til det formål et Hostel nu engang skal tjene. Eneste minus var en fejlinformation fra receptionen som gjorde at vi smed 30 euro efter en taxa som kørte os hen til et sted med anbefaling fra receptionen, som så havde lukket. Ærgeligt

This is a place where u can easily get good night sleep, there is also a bar so u dont need to go far for drinks if u dont want. But the place has no personality.

Wir waren 6 Mädels auf unserem Zimmer und wir fanden es sehr gut! Es wäre gut gewesen, wenn die Rezeptionistin beim Einchecken gefragt hätte, ob wir Bettwäsche benötigen, die hatten wir in der Hektik vergessen und mussten nochmal runter. In der Eile haben wir auch den Hinweis im Fahrstuhl nicht gesehen, dass er nur fährt, wenn man die Zimmerkarte einsteckt, so haben wir also die Treppe in die die 5. Etage genommen.. Ein Hinweis wäre auch hier nicht schlecht gewesen... Aber mit dem Hostel waren wir ansonsten sehr zufrieden gewesen!!

Great and cheap hostel

I had a great time.

bonne chambre; bon environnement ; propre ; seul inconvenient : ne pas mettre d'homme dans une chambre pour fille.

Despite the fact that the hostel was clean and well supplied, the fact that we had to pay for everything including internet and hot water for tea immediately rendered the hostel somewhat less inviting and the "enterprise" factor more obvious. Furthermore after apparently having made some noise from our room on the third floor around 9 oclock pm, we were promptly visited by two big, male staff members to tell us to be quiet and that nightime starts at 6. 6?! So after that small confusion passed, we then wondered whether they had bothered quieting the screaming children that were constantly scurring around each floor. The common room was naff considering there were middleaged couples sipping beer and noisy 10 year olds playing pool(probably had to pay for that too), hardly an atmosphere travelling young adults would expect from a hostel. The hostel was considerably well situated near the train station, but unfortunately in the ugliest part of town. Admittedly I should have paid more attention to the A&O profile for being a family place and like a hotel. Would not reccomend to young adults travelling without a family.

The only major complaint I have is the Internet setup. Those computers are extremely slow and sometimes it would just shut down on you. My money was being wasted as far as I'm concerned.

Bis auf die Sauberkeit (beschmierte Wände in Zimmer 305 ok. Allerdings Bettwäsche extra 3,- € und Frühstück zubuchbar 6,- €. Dafür aber die Lage sehr gut.

Good hostel, found everything I needed.

Just perfect!! I have stayed in many hostels in other big European cities but this is far away the best.So clean, for breakfast many things, and the position was great.Only 10 minutes from the main rail station and other attractions! I will definetely recommend it in other cities such as Prague and Vienna when I ll go...

A little far from the metro stations, but clean and nice hostel. 24h reception, what really helps, but the staff don't know a lot about the city.

Went for a stag do with 9 other lads, clean rooms & decent location. Good value for money.

We were very happy ith our stay in the A&O City Hostel. As we arrived at the main train station it's location was just perfect for us. The room was perfectly clean. Towels and bedlinen are included if you book a 2 bed room. Nothing to complain about.

Lattenroste der Betten sollten ab und zu überprüft werden (ob noch alle Latten vorhanden).. damit nicht auf durchhängenden Matratzen geschlafen wird.

i really did enjoy my stay over there though it was for a stort period. i will definately recommend it to everyone who wants to stay close to the city centre at an affordable price. the staffs were everything you will want them to be. Will definately re-use.

Vi , mig om min datter, havde et fint ophold. Alt fungerede til tilfredshed.

Værlserne er meget funktionelle og morgenmaden er meget meget fin. I det hele taget en god stemning på stedet.

L'Hostel è molto pulito e si trova in un ottima posizione molto vicino alla stazione centrale Haupt Bahnhof. Le camere sono essenziali e confortevoli, Costo colazione 6 euro a buffet
