Łózko nie wygodne , brak papieru toaletowego przez 2 dni w wc . Blisko stacji metra , kosze przepełnione ze smieciami , w lodówce brudno i w kuchni słabo

i arrived and now one was in the reception, i was waiting for one hour, they inform you that if you need something you should call a number, and as a forgeiner i don't have any sold in my phone to call the responsible to come for the check-in.

it was a real KO, i didn't like how it was.

Some people had problems when they wanted to check out - because there was no stuff! it was ok - but not really great.

Obwohl wir (4 Leute)uns auf ein geteiltes Zimmer eingestellt haben, hatten wir sogar ein eigenes Zimmer. Das Zimmer war ordentlich und sauber, das Bad war ebenfalls sauber, aber teilweise bereits sichtbar Älter. Dennoch ein angenehmes Ambiente und prima U-Bahn Anbindung (direkt vor der Tür)

we were at another directon, not at the direction indicated in the web, the showers are in the basement,this is the only uncomfortable thing. it's ok for the rest.

Everything was "just" average. The train caused a near constabt rumbling in the dorm room.

You really need to change the locks to somthing with numbers or digital.

You can't rent a room to 9 people and only give 1 key.

Very nice and clean guesthouse, really close to the u-bahn station. Little bit noisy - you can hear every u-bahn train under you. But everything else was great, especially at that price! Thank you!

Das hostel hat eine gute lage, jedoch ist das Personal teilweise sehr unfreundlich und unfähig.

Die Organisation war ebenfalls katastrophal. Ich empfehle es keiner Person weiter

i have booked a 6-person-room. when i called the hostel on my arriving day, they told me that they are booked out and i have to go to their other hostel 1 metro station away, still no problem i have thought, even though i have called them not they me which wasnt nice from the beginning. when i arrived at the other hostel, nobody was there, ringing the numbers at the door didnt help, luckily one of the guests opened the door. when the hostel guy came, he offered me that there is no room, i protested as i didnt want to be sent to a 3rd hostel not knowing if its working out that time. at the end i sleeped with 8 others on a matrass on the floor. all other rooms were totally overfilled, you do NOT treat humans like that and offer them 4 shower in the cellar for 40-50 people! thats a no go and just a greed for profit; people out there: pay 10,- euros more and go to a nice hostel where staff is treating you as everybody deserves it!!

Se cercate una sistemazione per pochi giorni, questo ostello costa meno degli altri e se ci si sa accontentare, può andare bene.

La pulizia un po' carente (in 6 giorni di permanenza non è mai stata pulita la camera).

Attenzione agli extra (vi faranno pagare anche per le lenzuola e non potete portarle da casa). I 10 euro di deposito chiavi non mi sono stati restituiti perchè al check-out non c'era nessuno. Lo staff non c'è quasi mai...

Posizione ottima per girare.

I stayed 1 night and it is ok just for sleep. I think that the bed sheets' price its a quite expensive, and the staff is not all day at the reception, even when you have to check out and ask for your 10€ key deposit.

A very nice place to stay, with nice people as staff and as guests aswell. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay.

The shower was not a real shower and we had no internet during all our stance.

Furthemore there were some errors at the web page about the linels and they made one of our friends pay unfairy.

Plus, really bad attention on the phone.

Horrible service!

They take you to a different place from the address that you book and this new place is in construction... The bathroom is not decent...

waren zum hafengeburtstag in hamburg - deshalb die preise sehr hoch -auch im hostel - aber alles in allem sehr praktisch gelegene unterkunft und wir hatten ein schönes bett mit guter matratze - was will man mehr

The bed sheets were old, no lock on the door (but the room had lockers) and reception was unprofessional, although friendly. The hostel had a very good location. Good for a short stay, but nothing special.

Alle waren sehr freundlich, es war sehr sauber und ich fuehlte mich wie bei Freunden. Sehr zu Empfehlen!!!

When we had come to WIRA guesthouse, guy on reception said that one of two booked beds is already occupied. (Although we had booked via Internet and has already paid 10% for reservation). Then the guy found another hostel and drove us there, but this one was much worse. So we don't recommend this place.

Location is good.

Small and beutiful hostel, 2 metro-station away from the main station and 4 to the city hall. Comfortable,recommended

Super gemütlich. Man hört zwar die Bahn unterm Hostel entlangfahren, aber nach einer kurzen Zeit fällt das schon gar nicht mehr aus. Nettes Personal, super Lage.

Im großen unt ganzen zufriedenstellend. Man hört jedoch die U-Bahn die direkt unter einem durchfährt und auch sonst ist das Haus etwas hellhörig. Dafür ist man abe auch in 1min an der U-Bahn-Haltestelle mit Ausleihmöglichkeit für City-Bikes. Küche bietet leider nur Platz für ca. 2 Personen und selbst da steht man sich schon fast auf den Füßen.

Muy bien ubicado... EL personal muy amable... La limpieza aceptable... No tengo queja alguna...

Couple, stayed for one night, big bed, clean sheets, friendly personal, went all fine. Highly recommendable for short term stay. You can feel the Underground beneath, but just for 2 secs.Except from that, silent place!

nice place to stay for a short period.Keep in mind that there is an U-bahn right under the hostel and you can hear it during the day and night but we did not have issues with it. Enjoy your stay :)

underground was good to hear which - i think - woke me up during the night; location very good, easy to find; very friendly staff, cool bamboo-bed!

Edullinen. Hyvä keittiö, joka asiakkaiden käytössä. Bussi- ja metropysäkki heti oven tuntumassa, myös taksikuskit tietää paikan hyvin. Todella kiva tyttö respassa, antoi kartan ja vinkkejä. Hotellissa pystyy nukkumaan, mutta huonounisten kannattaa tehostaa nukkumismahdollisuuksiaan korvatulppien kera! Vieressä vilkkaasti liikennöity katu.

Das Guest House hat eine super Lage direkt an einer U-Bahn-Station. Man kommt von dort wirklich überall hin und es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der direkten Nähe. Das Personal ist total freundlich und bemüht. Die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein, löst aber auch noch keinen Ekel aus. Es ist also empfehlenswert für alle, die einen kleinen Städtetrip machen wollen und nur ein Bett und eine Dusche brauchen.

supergünstige Lage an der U-Bahn; diese fährt aber dafür fast unter dem Bett durch (gefühlt), war aber nicht so störend; Sauberkeit im allgemeinen gut, nur auf den Schränken etc. könnte mal wieder Staub gewischt werden; Bezahlung in bar, ansonsten mit Aufschlag; telefonische erreichbarkeit und das Auffinden nicht nur bei Dunkelheit lassen sehr zu wünschen übrig; warm Wasser reicht nur für einige bei voller Belegung

Guesthouse was clean, position was perfect. The other guests and the traffic was noisy! We couldn`t sleep so well... But overall it was ok.

Tranquillo e ottimamente collegato.

La stanza doppia "AFRICA" è molto spaziosa (oltre al matrimoniale c'è un letto a castello), silenziosa, ha la tv e un balconcino.

Nella guesthouse c'è un'utile cucina a disposizione, un po' piccola, ma ben attrezzata con frigo, micronde e lavastoviglie.

Nel corridoio c'è una postazione internet abbastanza veloce, mentre il wi-fi gratuito funziona benissimo.

I bagni sono 2, entrambi con doccia, ma non ho mai dovuto aspettare più di tanto, visto che nonostante fosse ferragosto la guesthouse non era piena. In uno ci sono due lavatrici, se non sbaglio un cartello diceva €10 per 5kg di bucato. Per un guasto solo uno dei 2 bagni aveva l'acqua calda! ma non è stato un problema.

La socciatura è che ovviamente non ci sono i bidet!

Altro piccolo neo, se all'arrivo vuoi pagare con carta di credito chiedono 3% in più... un po' antipatico, ma a parte questo lo consiglio assolutamente!

ps. per la colazione dall'altra parte della strada c'è una "backerei" favolosa ;-)

Zu hell hörig und wenig Atmosphäre. Keine Lampen zum lesen...schimmelige Fugen in der dusche ...hohe Waschmaschinen preise....

Sehr freundliches, junges Personal. Einfache Abwicklung, gute Lage. Zimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet und alles vorhanden. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Ogólnie OK. Punkty odjęto za lekki zapach pleśni oraz pajęczyny i tylko jeden kanał sportowy i jeden muzyczny.

Toll gelegenes Hostel - klasse Verkehrsanbindung und genug Läden / Restaurants im direkten Umfeld. Sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Personal, sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind sehr schlicht und nicht sooo schön - für den Preis ist es aber klasse!!!
