비행기 결항 때문에 2박중 첫날 체크인을 못하는 대신 2박 비용을 그대로 다 낼 테니 예약을 취소하지 말아달라고 미리 전화를 했음에도 불구하고 다음날 도착하니 그런 예약은 존재하지 않는다고 함. 더운 날씨에 한참을 카운터앞에 세워놓고 아무런 대응도 안하더니 전화받았던 사장이 연락오자 그제서야 체크인 진행해줌 직원의 고객대응은 최악 중에 최악 절대 추천하지 않음

Very Good Experience

For a hotel in one of the most expensive german cities which is located quite centrally it's a quite alright money for value ratio. The mattresses were a bit gooey for my taste though.

駅から近いので、分かりやすくて便利でした。部屋は、小さいけど新しいのでキレイでした。

特に寝るだけなら十分！

部屋は狭いですが、１人には十分！

広すぎるよりよっぽど落ち着きます（笑）

シャワーも広めで、ゆったり入れました。

少し水圧は弱いですが、気にしなければ大丈夫！

ただ、部屋でくつろいでいるときに違う男性が部屋に入ってきました。

間違えて、同じ部屋の鍵を渡されたみたいです。

次の朝それを伝えると、「あー、ごめんねー」と軽い感じで謝られました。

そんなことあまりないとは思うのですが、こういうこともあったということを覚えておいて下さい。

いわゆる日本の駅前ビジネスホテル、という感じ。

シングルの部屋はとても清潔で、シャワーブースのガラスにくもりひとつないほど、ぴかぴかでした。

部屋の全身鏡も大きくてよかったです。

音も静かでよく眠れます。

そういえば、部屋にごみ箱がなかったな。

ottima la posizione per girare a piedi, ottima la possibilità di prenotare un posto auto riservato, camera carina, pulita, luminosa. buona e abbondante la colazione, molto cordiale e disponibile lo staff

Las instalaciones y mantenimiento de la habitacion y el hotel en sí no son buenas, nos tocó un colchón muy cutre y para q lo tengan en cuenta los dueños del hotel, habit. 507...por decencia deberían poner uno en condiciones.

Rapporto qualità/prezzo molto buono; WiFi con segnale scarso/inesistente al 3° piano. Centro della città raggiungibile a piedi e metropolitana vicina. Personale cortese. Abbiamo parcheggiato vicinissimo all'ingresso con le 4 frecce, il tempo di salire per portare i bagagli e scendere e la polizia ci ha multati. (tempo totale QUATTRO minuti); suggeriamo che il personale informi i clienti (soprattutto stranieri) che la polizia è ovunque...

Die Unterkunft im Atlas City Hostel in München entsprach der Beschreibung. Die Zimmer waren sauber, bis auf die Gardinen. Der Service zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Frühstücksbufett genial, es war für jeden etwas dabei

good location, very close to the train station, nice staff, free wifi but connection is not very well, room is nice, no complain at all

I would recommend this hotel to everyone....very clean, very nice staff, good food, 5 minutes walk from the main train station. Overall I think that for such good price you can hardly find anything better...worth every cent!

Zuerst waren wir erstaunt,dass kein Kasten im Zimmer war,aber es gab sowieso keinen Platz dafür.Wir waren auch die meiste Zeit unterwegs.Das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Hervorgestochen ist die Dame die am 5.7 beim Frühstück war.Sie war mein Favorit.Für uns stimmte das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.Ob ich dort wieder hinfahre,weiss ich nicht.Wenn ich wieder nach München fahre möglicherweise schon,aber nur mit der Auflage ein Zimmer an der Rückseite(der ruhigen Seite des Hotels) zu buchen. An der Vorderseite war es (Baustelle) teilweise sehr laut.Dieses Hotel hinterlies einen positiven Eindruck bei uns.Dies lag bei einem grossen Teil am Personal. M.Paul

il personale dell'albergo è molto disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Albergo centrale e pulito, la strada vicina è un pò rumorosa. La metro è vicinissima.

Aunque las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas son muy limpias bien equipadas y el hotel esta genial en ubicación tienes muy cerca el centro, la parada de buses que te llevan a los aeropuertos, y resto de la ciudad, el personal es muy amable. me volvería a quedar alli

Più che un ostello è un vero e proprio albergo. Confortevole, nuovo e pulito.

Si raggiunge facilmente il centro anche a piedi.

Atlas City Hotel is perfect for those who want to live not far from the railway station and all the sightseeings but still have quiet and peaceful nights without any disturbing noise.

Clean rooms, nice breakfast and free highspeed Internet - those three items are really worthy here! Definitely recommend it to everybody and shall stay here my next visit to Munich=)

Tutto bene a parte che ci volevano far pagare anche il 10% della prenotazione..

Rooms spotless; only problem sheets too small for beds. Little cafe next door excellent for breakfast. Didn't try breakfast in hotel.

This hotel was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The room was small but well-appointed, with a nicer mattress and bedding than a lot of hotels. It's a few blocks from the train station, which is not really the "touristy" part of town, but it's only a fifteen-minute walk to the Marienplatz.

I wasn't there to hang out with the other residents, so I can't particularly comment on that, but it did seem quiet, despite having a nice lounge space next to the lobby. Then again, I was there on a Wednesday night. ;-)

il posto è perfetto, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. il parcheggio è minimo e caro, molto caro!la nostra vacanza è stata perfetta, ma ricordate che la pulizia delle camere per loro è solo rifare i letti. noi abbimo dovuto chedere che (dopo 3 giorni) ci venga spazzato almeno il pavimento.... tutto il resto perfetto

Ottimo albergo e ben posizionato. Le stanze sono molto pulite e ben arredate.

La colazione è buona e molto variegata. L'assenza del parcheggio non si sente data l'ampia possibilità di parcheggio della zona.

Great central location in general but perfect for the Oktoberfest as it was only 5 mins away. Helpful friendly staff, good maid service and excellent bathroom facilities. Spot on really, we'd definitely book again.
