to bring us there, but it was worth it. We were
only a block from the metro hub and about three blocks from the Danube (and all the fancy hotels).
It was really easy to get around the city and everyone was so helpful.
When we first got off the train and were trying to find our way to the Metro,
two police officers helped us get our tickets and find our way... we didn't even ask;
they just helped out. And while standing in front of a museum, a passer by stopped
to ask us if we had any questions about the buildings we were in front of.
How great is that?! And if you are looking for a fantastic meal (and a super hot waiter),
go to Terra Cotta on the Buda side. And don't forget to head up
to Margaret Island for a day to lounge in the grass. Enjoy!!!
