Diamond hostel and apartments

My experience with this hostel was horrible. I arrived at 10 pm to check in, as was arranged by reservation, but the hostel was closed. I called their number and the man who answered the phone said that they are full and that he's sorry but he's home and that he doesn't care that I'm left on the street at 10 pm even though I paid for my reservation. All in all, don't ever go to this hostel, they steal your money and leave you on the street in the middle of the night. Doesn't really matter it's cheap because in the end you and up paying a lot more.
