You can find the Anita Villa (new built villa) in Etyek, 27 km from Budapest. Etyek is mentioned as Budapest's vineyard.

This village near to Budapest became likely more well-known because of the Korda Filmstudio's building recently.

Etyek lies in a hilly area we were in a lucky situation we could build the villa at a hilltop so it is a fact we have a wonderful view from the villa you can see the whole village.

The villa's whole space is 526 m² it has 3 floors. It has an east-west aspect so you can enjoy from the morning until the late afternoon the sunshine.
You can find on the ground floor the sauna with bathroom with shower.
