The apartment building is situated in the plush locality of Candolim and Calangute, famous for its serene yet upmarket ambiance. Candolim boasts of a classy atmosphere with a chain of famous nightclubs, hotels, spa and salons, departmental stores, shopping malls, travel agencies, villas of the rich and famous and a picturesque beach. The building is fringed with greenery and has restaurants, salons, grocer's and other utility stores on its ground floor level, yet exudes a calming effect, away from the din of a metro city.
Our apartment is on the 2nd floor,well lit, well ventilated, with 24/7 water supply and is fully furnished. It has a spacious and airy hall cum dining area,tv with Tata sky connection, kitchen with all amenities,fridge, two western style bathrooms, two well ventilated bedrooms and two open balconies.
Both bedrooms have air conditioning and en suit baths and balconies.
The beach is 300 meters away (5 mins walk) and the famous Baga, Vagator, Anjuna beaches are just few minutes drive away. The capital city of Goa, Panjim, is 10-15 km from our apartment. Fort Aguada, the famous Portuguese monument, is just 3-4 km away.Availability of regular items and consumer goods is convenient, as the area has all modern amenities within walking distance.
The apartment comes with the following features:
1] Hall / Dining area - Lamp shades,TV with satellite channels, curtains, sofa set[ five seater], center table, coffee table, carpet, dining table & chairs [4 seater].
2] Kitchen- Water purifier,Fridge, Cooking gas cylinder and burner, shelves, crockery for four including plates, forks, spoons, pans, spatulas, chopping board, knife and an electric kettle.
3] Bathroom- Both of them are appointed with a wash basin,hot and cold running water, a shower and spout, and a western commode.
4] Bedrooms- Each have a comfortable double bed with mattress and pillows, a bedside table, a double door wardrobe,curtain, fan and lights.
5] Balconies- Deck chairs and light shades
NOTE - We have similar if not better accommodation options if guests exceed 8 adults at our other establishments, so there's no restriction for guest numbers.
