Aviv Hotel

The person at the desk didn't seem to understand that I had already paid 10% through the booking site, though he did eventually agree just to take the difference (it was only a few dollars). He wasn't really very friendly either. Not the cleanest place I've stayed, but not the nastiest either. Nice view over the Sea of Galilee.

After a discussion abput and change of room assignment I was quite pleased with the Aviv. It is not the Hilton but you are not paying Hilton prices.

Friendly staff, clean and large rooms incl. bathrooms, top location ( 5min to the promenade) good food, good price.

abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti ad Aviv hostel. dovevamo essere in un dormitorio a 4 invece erano 2 stanze comunicanti con 8 letti e quindi un unico bagno in comune. la pulizia non è il loro forte, in compenso però hanno un'ottima posizione, proprio a due passi dalla promenade sul lago.

The Aviv Hostel was quite simple and I had expected a little bit more help from the staff. But cheap and nice to get a shower and bed during the night.

Nice location, great that you have bikes. Could be a little cheaper for the quality of the rooms.

When we arrived at the hostel we were informed that they had upgraded us to the hotel for no extra charge which was a lovely surprise! Everyone was very friendly and recognized us each time we came in making our whole stay feel very personal and welcoming! There was a mini fridge which made the hot days more bearable with cold water.

This was a great hostel, clean, comfortable, with big rooms. I was happy with my choice.

The Aviv Hotel and Hostel is a basic, bare-bones but affordable place to stay. It was reasonably clean, the ac worked well, and there was a fridge and freezer in our room, which was great. It is not fancy or luxurious, but it gets the job done.

Mr. Omri , the employee could not /doesn't can help much with the information how to get the community taxi, that can take 10 pessengers he says he doesnot know the number but he has a friend who drive the taxi who want to take me to the airport for $120.00 and I end up paid $120.00 (that normally only between $25-50.)to the airport because of the holiday. I spent more than 48 hrs in the airport and slept in the uncomfortable chair..Mr. amri could help me with the correct information that I still can and have enough time to stay in the hostel which I already paid. I feel i have been ripped with his unfriendly and greedthat he got some commission for the taxe charged. He doesnot /can not give information which what number bus to go to some place. They 'd charge 10 sekel for the towel and 30 sekel for breakfast but the breakfast was quite good. no microwave or etc.. I am not recommeded with the employee (mr. omri attitute)

It was a verry nice place for tours in the area of Lake Galilea.

The hostel is really great, regarding the price and what you get for it. Clean and nice rooms with fridge and balcony, friendly staff and a great location at the main road of Tiberias.

Good price but all the rest is quite boring.

for the price it was a very good hotel. close to the city centre, nice big rooms, t.v fridge and bathroom, for 30 NIs a night per person!! it was great for us!

The dorm is maybe a bit too small but location is great and it is very clean.

I believe that the reserve would be in an address, with breakfast included, but ended up staying in another hostel that was a bottom and without breakfast.

This hotel was great, we had airco, our own balcony, it was close to the beach, very clean, the towels were changed daily, which is great. in overal we had a good experience at this hotel, i would recommend it.
