The La Striscia Farm is farmed with a heightened degree of environmental awareness, and one of its most outstanding products is an extra virgin olive oil with extremely low acidity that you can purchase during your stay. The olives are harvested by hand and then cold pressed to produce olive oil with a stunning green colour, golden hues, an irresistible natural fragrance, and a delicious flavour full of fruity notes.
