While I stay there I felt like home.

If you want very quiet and private staying it is good.But you don't expect staff's advice or with other traveler friendship. Because I met a staff just one time at check-in day but he is very kind. Location is good by walking you can go to city center and train station. If you find diffult the house you remember a sports wear shop just next door.

A very nice guest house, near the Santa maria Novella train station. It is not so far from the city center. The personal is really niceand helpful. They give you maps and hints concerning the places to visit and where you can eat and relax. I strongly reccomend this guest house and I'm sure you'll likw it.

Elementi positivi: L'albergo è vicino alla stazione principale ed è comodo per chi dovesse spostarsi usando il treno. Il bagno anche se in comune è pulito.

Elementi Negativi: Ho chiesto espressamente per mail due letti singoli e mi hanno preparato uan camera con un letto matrimoniale, i cuscini erano sporchi, l'ascensore è rotto e non idicato non funzionante. La ciliegina è però la persona alla reception che ti chiede i contanti per non fare la ricevuta e non pagare le tasse.

Es un matrimonio que nos atendió sumamente bien, nos aconsejaron muchísimo y siempre muy simpáticos. El lugar es excelente, limpio, cómodo y agradable.

Great spot! Staff are friendly and full of helpful tips. Rooms are cleaned daily and are comfortable. Breakfast is packaged toast and pastry.

Die Pension lag angenehm nahe vom Bahnhof und der Altstadt, führte auch praktisch an einem Supermarket vorbei, war aber nicht in einer schönen Strasse und auch das Gebäude war hässlich von aussen.Aber die Wohnung selber war dann angenehm sauber und originell, das Zimmer absolut ausreichend und recht hübsch und praktisch eingerichtet mit aufklappbarem Tisch,eingebautem Küchenschrank, der uns sehr diente. Das Angebot Frühstück war dann doch sehr bescheiden mit nur süssen Brötchen und Zwieback für uns an "schweizer Frühstück" gewohnte.Der Kaffee war leider Instantpulver und der aus dem Automat auch nicht was ich an Kaffee verstehe. Aber die Möglichkeit selber kochen zu können und Tee jederzeit selber aufbrauen zu können war gut. Das Angebot an Pfannen und Geschirr tip top!

Das es zwei Badezimmer mit Duschmöglichkeit hatte war auch extrem angenehm.

Ganz genial war die Einführung von Peter zu Florenz, mit vorbereitetem Stadtplan, echt guten Tips, die wir fast alle erleben konnten.Auch das Angebot an Literatur in der Halle haben wir gerne benutzt. Es war auch angenehm ruhig innen wie aussen.Der Preis für eine alleinerziehende Mutter super. Ich werde es sicher weiterempfehlen und gegebenenfalls selber wieder nutzen.

Nice guesthouse, room is clean, with air cond, fridge outside. Ownver are friendly. He briefed us about the attractions in Florence and gave us a very detail map. Two washrooms outside, clean and tidy. Location wise is good, around 8-10 minutes walk from Firenze SMN. Overally, the best hostel we stayed during the Italy trip!

It just feels likes home! The owner will give you a detailed infos about everything you need in the city. Higly recomended. Cheers!

Peter had thought of everything that a holiday maker could need. It was like staying at a friends house

near to the train station.The room is with air-con .The staff actively explain everything to us but she isnt always be here.No kitchen

This was definitely one of the best hostel experiences I've had. The interior is lovely, and clean, and the lobby area is lined with helpful tourist information. The staff were very friendly, and it was pretty easy to walk the whole city from the hostel.

駅から近く、とても便利でした。

フィレンツェは歩いて市内観光できるので、大きな駅近が便利です。

staffがとても優しく(少し時間に正確ではないけど。気になるほどではない)いい意味でほって置いてくれます。

市内のmapもくれ、安くておいしい店がのっています。随分参考になりました:))

本当に家にいるようにつかわせてもらいました。共同ですが、冷蔵庫・レンジもあります。

Highly recommended - right next to the train station, so slightly sketchier than some areas, but easy walk to the main sites. Also, the staff were superb and there list of recommendations were extremely helpful!

It's really a nice place to stay for the weekend!! the room is big and confortable with a balcon, the atmosphere is so nice that you feel just like home, and food is nice although there were not so much to eat breakfast, anyway, we have had a really good time there!!!

The staff was extremely helpful and spoke great English, which is not a very common thing in Italy. We stayed for a couple of nights and we were all delighted.

Sono stata benissimo! Le proprietarie sono molto cordiali e disponibili, la pulizia, sia dei bagni che delle camere, è ottima e l'edificio è poco lontano dal centro storico. Peccato non avere la colazione.. Comunque, in generale, è molto accogliente!

Looking for me which i was asking about the tour for wine testing. even doing compere a lot of tour and find a good and cheep for me, i had great time in Florence in there some of the reasone is because of them^^

Great place near the central train station, the staff is really very helpfull, I recommend it for everyone who needs a cheap place to stay in Florence.

This was the best hotel. The manager (Matteo) took time, effort and care to tell us about Florence and gave us good tips which we used, and were all correct. Highly recommended.

The owner of the hostel is very nice and he introduces Florence in details and remind us what we have to pay attention when travelling.

Amazing, The best I was there since I left Brazil. The guy (I dont remember this name) tells what to see and various tips which withoput I dont would be knowd eighetr 50%. I REALLY recomend and will take my girl back to know the place.

The hosters are very nice.

Though the location is a little bit far away to the main tourist area comparatively, but Florance is not that big, so it is still fine with its comfort room and price.

The person is charge was very informative and could speak english which was great. Even though we had to share a bathroom it is only a small hotel so didnt have to queue and we didnt actually see anyone

Matteo was very accomodating, informative and helpful! It is located near the train depot (SMN)and walking distance to many of the great sites in Florence. Room was clean, beds were comfortable and bathrooms were new remodeled.

Excellent endroit, le propriétaire est TRES sympa, c'est propre, à 10 mn à pied du centre de Florence, à recommander totalement!

The owner was very helpful in pointing out places to go in Florence as well as how to best use local transportation. Enjoyed having a TV in the room!

We had a great time here! The place is wonderful. We want to tell everybody to come here to stay. Matteo and Mojca were sitting down with us when we first got there to give us reccomendations and advice. it really helped us have a great time. everything was perfect!

1 disadvantage= traffic noise, but very clean, nice people !!, lots of information,...= pleasant stay !
