Hôtel avec une décoration particulière. La chambre est bien décorée avec des peintures,petite cusine amménagée. Petit déjeuner sympas.

El hostal se veia bien pero al llegar nos dijeron que no habia lugar y nos cambiaron a otro que no estaba tan bien. La verdad tenia buenas expectativas pero el cambio (sin más opción) nos dejo un mal sabor de boca

Nice place to stay in the center near everything

Muito bom o atendimento (a srª Letícia, dona do hotel, e a Fernanda foram muito atenciosas), a localização e as instalações. O quarto é limpo, amplo, bem mobiliado. O wc é individual, no entanto, é bastante pequeno e o café da manhã deixa a desejar. Ainda assim, recomendo.

it was a charming old-style hostel with pleasant atmosferoy.ochen conveniently located between the Duomo and the Academy.most charmed by the hotel owner - Signora Letizia. a real Italian. true in English does not say, but this did not prevent us from her back and fun poboltat.priezzhayte room nice and comfortable, the beds are comfortable, delicious breakfast is included

When we arrived the hostel, we got shocked! There was no reception and you must call them with a white phone on the wall. Although the host, Letizzia, is not able to speak a proper English, she is so cute, helpfull and warmhearted. The hostel is very safe (even there is a locker in the room). The room we stayed was the double-bed room and its atmosphere was unbelievable. There were paintings on the walls and shocking to us, there was a small kitchen which looks like a gardobe. The restaurant, 'Zio Gigi', that Lettizzia suggested us was the one of the best traditional italian restaurants we have ever been. Thank you for everything and i really reccomend this place for a good holiday in Florence.

The reason we gave 80 to staff is that Lettizia cant speak English very well and the cleaning girl was very rude and knocked the door at every 5 minutes from 9.30 before we check out at 10 am.

Lo mejor de mi estadia en Italia, no esperaba tanto por ese precio. Lo recomiendo por ubicacion, aseo, atmosfera, todo!! nada que ver con los demas hostales de tarifas similares.

Very nice place, perfect the position (5 minutes by walking to the Duomo!) and the artistic atmosphere... and the wonderful owner Mrs Letizia!!
