Hotel Bella Capri *

I loved the man at the reception, but I didn't like too much the place. You cannot have a key of the room and it's often open and there are no lockers inside. Every time you come back you should ring the bell of two differents main doors and someone has to open to you. The room it was for 4 people and if full it's very difficult to live because quite small for 4.

Hôtel situé près du Port, à proximité d'une station de métro et accessible en bus depuis la gare. Personnel très sympa et de bon conseil. A fait l'objet de rénovations récentes. Propre et calme.

I stayed here a number of years ago and it was great! However a recent split in ownership has occurred and as such the quality and experience is markedly poorer! Now wether this simply then resulted in Bella Capri not being able to get rooms ready in time for the season I'm not sure but Our room was a dumping ground for unused toilets, tools, beds etc the fixtures In the room were unfinished and the shower badly needed a decent scrub! Overall it was disappointing we cut short out stay here by two nights! Wouldn't reccomend this place!

What I was really surprised was that it had no rooms for us and there was double booking. I did not have rooms because the booking system of your website was broken, even though I have booked and was assigned the booking number. I cannot imagine!

場所も安全で海が近く、少し入り組んでますが、分かりやすいです。スタッフの方も親切です。部屋のお風呂に鍵が無かったのが不安でしたが、、

la mia opinione su L'hostel bella Capri è molto negativa:ho prenotato la camera 4 letti con bagno e mi hanno dato una senza bagno,scarse prese di corrente nelle camere,strutture vecchi,bagni poco funzionanti,cucina con un solo fornellino elettrico per una struttura cosi grande...mi fermo qui,una bella ristrutturazione ci andrebbe bene...

Bed bugs. First night I saw one, took a photo of it and showed it to the staff. They changed my bed for a night and then assured me my old bed would be fine since they "disinfected" it. I checked out, and the next days others in the hostel had been bitten all over. Just stay away from this place. It's not worth the trouble. I stayed at an Airbnb after. It was more expensive but so worth it.

Очень много шума, но это ведь зависит не от хостела.

Было достаточно интересно увидеть платный лифт, но они дают вам пару монеток, чтобы использовать их для лифта.

Понравилось то что в хостеле был кондиционер, правда он работал плохо но тем не менее порадовало.

The hostel has lovely staff and is in a very safe and central location. The staff are helpful and friendly. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, particularly in the bathrooms. It does not have a breakfast. It has a hot plate and some pans so you can meet people by cooking together. I had a great time at this hostel

Hostel bardzo przyjazny. Wart polecenia. Miejsce bardzo dobre. Obsługa znakomita. Jedyny mankament, to brak środków czystości, co było dla mnie przyznam szokiem. Brak mydła(dozownik nie wypełniany od kilku miesięcy) wywołuje zdziwienie.

Es un buen hotel para viajes culturales de grupos escolares. Excelente ubicación, mobiliario y servicios básicos. Sería recomendable arreglar las ventanas del albergue: cuando hace frío se necesita más de una manta. Personal muy agradable.

The beds are full of bed bugs!!! I stayed at the Hostel for a week, and get a pack of red spots on the skin. The location is the best and there are always many interesting people living, but this phenomena with these insects is outrageous!The cleanness isn't at its best too, and it would be very nice to eat a bit varied breakfast.. Besides these I spent a wonderful days there.

Ho alloggiato in questo hostel per motivi di lavoro ed è stato ottimo. Lo staff è molto cordiale e disponibile h24 per ogni evenienza. La posizione è molto strategica, facilmente raggiungibile con ogni tipo di mezzo. Unica pecca è stato il materasso, un po' scomodo. Consiglio solo una rimodernizzazione delle camere da letto, ma per il resto è ottimo e lo consiglierei ancora, come ho già fatto d'altronde :)

The hostel is in bad conditions. One of the staff guys has really bad attitude.

Все отлично, уборщица разбудила нас открыла окно и было не приятно нам

駅から歩いて向かいましたが、30分くらいかかりました。ナポリ駅中心は治安が悪いので、ホテルに向かうまではかなり危ないです。駅から離れるほど治安が少しずつよくなってきますが、暗い夜道はお薦めできません。

ホテルは陽気な日本オタクのおじさんが対応してくれました。四人部屋でしたがコンセントか二個ほどしかなかったので、コネクトを持っていくことを進めます。値段の割りには朝食もついていて良かったと思います。

ちなみに受け付けは6階で7階は食事やネットが出きる場所です。

Primaesperienza in ostello, devo dire che nel complesso mi sono trovato bene. Ad ogni problema sono stato aiutato dallo staff. La posizione è buona per gli spostamenti e direi che la struttura è ok! Ci ritornerò!

hotel très bien situé ! très pratique pour s'organiser quand on n'a pas de voiture. Flexibilité horaire parfaite. Dommage que le lieu ne soit pas un peu mieux entretenu : propreté de la salle commune, équipement (lits qui laissent à désirer)et petit dej vraiment pas tip top ! il faut y aller en se disant qu'on part à l'aventure !!

beds are kind of unstable

the blankets are thin = cold in the winter period

the water was not really hot

but all in all a good hostel, nice and friendly with lockers, keys, 24h reception...everything you need

Me parecio comodo, el unico problema es que en la web dice zona wifi, pero nadie del personal sabe como conectarse.

Esto le paso a todos los que usamos equipos wireless. Por todo lo demas muy bien

for 15 € per night it is a really good option. room was clean. citchen as well. breakfast was also very nice. a place i would recomnend

問題があるとすれば、キッチンの水の流れが悪いだけ。スタッフも良いし、駅からは遠いが観光の場所には近かったです。もし、また行く機会があれば利用すると思います。

It was really nice hostel. Clean, calm. It is true that you have to pay 5 cents if you want to use lift. But it's just 5 cents. Breakfast - maybe not so much but enough: coffe, tea, cornflakes, sweet bread, milk, juice. Good position - close to the center and to the port. I think it's nice hostel.

Rapporto qualità/prezzo invidiabile, staff molto simpatico e vicinanza dai luoghi interessanti di Napoli e dal porto per farsi un giro nelle isole!

L'unica cosa negativa per me e' stata la colazione. Era meglio direttamente scendre al bar sotto, che offre i cornetti incredibili. Comunque,scelgo Bella Capri in futuro perche' la posizione veramente ottima - pieno centro e il porto e' dietro l'angolo.

The hostel is quite difficult to find. There are simpler directions from the train station than those on the hostel's site. While the staff was good and informative, the area where the hostel is located leaves alot to be desired.

L'endroit est tranquille et bien situé (un peu haut toutefois dans les étages mais cela n'était pas gênant pour nous)L'hôtel est à deux pas des quartiers anciens de Naples.

Nous étions toute une famille dans une chambre à 6 lits avec salle de bains donc prix très avantageux. L'ambiance est celle d'une auberge de jeunesse, c'est à dire jeune... Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse où l'accueil par le personnel est excellent. Nous y retournerons!

It is a great hostel and the city is also a great city!

Bonne adresse pour notre court séjour. Confortable et personnel sympathique et très disponible. Par contre dans la chambre 1 on entend tous les bruits de l'accueil et du couloir.

Muy buen ambiente y atención.

It was a bit difficult for me to find the hostel and I almost lost my way in the beginning. Once there, it is fairly simple to locate as it is on the main street. It is in a safe area and I being a lone girl traveller was comfortable on streets till 9 in the night. The staff is extremely helpful and the place is spick and span. I will definitely come here the next time.
