From the Airport:

From to the Airport of “Fiumicino”:
every thirty minutes there is a shuttle train ( is called Air-Terminal ), it doesn’t make any stops, it links up the airport with the Termini station.

From to the Airport of “Ciampino”:
Combined solution train + bus : bus service CO.TRA.L. links up the airport with the Ciampino station. Here the train leaves from the station every fifteen minutes and it arrives to the Termini station.

From Termini Station:
Termini is the central station of Rome, all the trains, bus and Air terminal arrive here.
From the Termini Station to B&B by walking in 10 min.
