This was the best and most comfortable place we stayed on our month long tour of Europe. It is in a great location and the ladies who run it were great! I would definitely recommend B&B Bel Ami

Ottima vista, pulito e confortevole. Lo staff parla abbastanza bene l'italiano. Ottima la posizione a pochi metri dalla metro S.Giovanni. Stanza fresca nonostante il caldo di Agosto senza bisogno dell'aria condizionata. Per la colazione consiglio il caffè fatto con la moka invece che con la macchinetta a cialde. Comunque ottimo.

Surprisingly great place. At first we were thinking about staying near the Termini station, but I'm so glad we didn't - it's a really bad neighborhood. The location of Bel Ami is quite the opposite of that - beautiful yet very well approachable via metro.
When we entered the stairway of Bel Ami, we thought we got the wrong address, it was really nice, way beyond the usual youth hostel feeling. The room was also nice especially compared to the price.
The staff is very friendly. The landlady was always helpful and friendly, the cleaning lady was always discrete, never bothered us when we were in our room, yet the room was always cleaned up every day. The shared bathroom was also very clean and OK.
The night was sometimes noisy because of a festival nearby but it wasn't much of a problem.
The overall price/value is excellent.

Warunki były bardzo dobre, pokój wygodny, miła obsługa. Jedyny mankament, że w szafie brak półek na rzeczy osobiste. Łatwo można by to poprawić.

Super gut! Jederzeit wieder. Wirklich die wohl netteste Gastgeberin in Rom. Man fühlte sich eher wie bei Freunden als in einem Hostel. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen: Die Dusche funktionierte sehr wechselhaft,aber man wurde sauber.

Carino, molto vicino alla metro San Giovanni. Pulito, personale cordialissimo e davvero disponibile. Prezzi abbastanza contenuti. Anche la colazione era buona. Wi-Fi molto funzionante.

Położony w samym centrum, piękny widok z okna, przemiła i pomocna właścicielka (i jej psiak :), czysto, co 2 dni zmieniana pościel i ręczniki. Jedynym mankamentem były śniadania - to, że włoskie - wiedzieliśmy, ale codziennie były tylko długoterminowe identyczne croisanty, sucharki i herbatniczki+dżem, sok, kawa bez mleczka (50 ml)w plastikowym "kieliszku" :)- przydałoby się coś świeżego.

I was very satisfied with B&B Bel Ami.The important for me and my friend was cleanness, security and convinient distance from city centre. The shared bathroom was always so clean, I never noticed that somebody was there before me. Room was kept clean as well. Land lady is lovely woman, very helpfull, with some clever advices. Plase B&B is situated about 15 mins walking distance from Coloseo. Bit of noise was coming from building place - they are extending or rebuilding metro line C near the B&B. This will hopefully be sorted soon. I can highly recommend B&B Bel Ami. Will definetely choose this place again next time.

i highly recommend bel ami for your staying in rome. The woman who owned the b&b was really welcoming and frienly and she gave as useful advice . The building was lovely and very clean as well as in a great position, just 5 minutes on foot from the church of san giovanni and 15 from the colosseum.There is also a metro stop in san giovanni, which is really convinient.The breakfast was nice.

el hostal era muy limpio todos los dias nos cambiaban sabanas y siempre muy respetuosa la duena tambien lavaba el bano y todo tenia super limpio lo unico fue que no habia clima solo un abanico pero todo lo demas escelente 100 recomendable

Kleines B&B, nur 4 Zimmer. Zimmer Nr. 2 ca. 12 qm: Doppelbett, Schrank, Nachttisch, Tisch, 2 Hocker, Fernseher. Völlig ausreichend zum Schlafen. Lage in ruhiger Seitenstraße, ca. 10 Min. zu Fuß zum Colluseum, Metro vor der Tür (1 Fahrt 1 €). Frühstück typisch italienisch: Kaffee und abgepacktes (süßes) Hörnchen + Zwieback - wird auf`s Zimmer gebracht. Zimmer und Gemeinschaftsbad sehr sauber, nach 3 Tagen gab`s neue Bettwäsche/Handtücher. Gastmutter sehr freundlich/herzlich! Uns zwei Mädels hat es gut gefallen - gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. DANKE!

Breakfast is packaged toast and a packaged pastry that they serve you sometime around 8:30. One bathroom for 4 bedrooms. Walk is about 20 min to Colloseum but it's right on a metro stop. Little things like hand towels, bath mats and mirrors in the rooms are missing. Bring your own towel.

A very recommended place to stay in Rome: very friendly atmosphere inside, hostel is clean, calm and comfortable, good prices as for the city of Rome, nice location (even if it is not in the middle of downtown, it is just 100 m from the underground that goes to the city centre), it is also 5 minutes on foot to S. Giovanni di Laterano basilica which can be seen from the hostel's windows too; the hostel's photos (see Bel Amo web page) show entirely true image too. The only potential disadvantage I could find is a queue to bathroom when the hostel is fully crowded (anyway, during my stay the hostel was not booked in 100%, so this POTENTIAL issue hopefully did not occur).

We stayed in private room with bathroom ensuited - everything was very clean and nice. Gorgeous view from the small balcony.metro station was near.Best place if you are looking for calm stay.

La localización es ideal, el trato personal ha sido genial podría decir incluso que nos han llevado hasta el desayuno a la habitación sin costes adicionales, dan toallas limpias y puedes entrar y salir a cualquier hora, se respeta el horario de sueño (hay silencio y se puede descansar) yo repetiría, muchas gracias

Excelente relación calidad-precio. Curioso que el desayuno te lo tomas en la habitación, y es justito, pero por lo que pagas está bien. Nos gustó mucho la habitación, con buenas vistas, grande, el establecimiento relativamente céntrico (hay que andar 15 minutos aprox. para ir al centro) y Gabriela, la persona que nos atendió, muy amable y agradable. My Girlfriend and I were visiting Italy for a week, and this one was the NICEST place we stayed at, pretty clean, nice service and warm atmosphere, Gabriela is an excellent Host, it is really near the center an easy to get walking or by bus. Pasamos 4 días muy buenos en Roma en este B&B. Se encuentra a unos 3km de Termini pero esto no fue un inconveniente. La limpieza es excelente. Lo unico que criticamos es que el desayuno podria ser mejor. Gracias Gabriela por tu atención y amabilidad!

サンジョバンニ駅から徒歩三分ぐらい。しかし私が行った時は地下鉄が工事中だったためバスで移動しました。(テルミニ駅からMA4のバスに乗車)
見た目は普通のマンションにしか見えないため近所の人に場所を聞いた方がいいです。個室はあまり大きくはないのですがとても清潔でした。そしてスタッフが夜は危ないよとかカバンは後ろに背負ってはダメだよなど親切に注意してくれました。私個人としては場所を見つけるのに苦労さえしなければとても過ごしやすいと思います。

ここのホステルで正解。
S.Giovanni 駅から2分、中心のテルミニ駅から
も近く、観光に便利です。
有名なscala Santaは徒歩3、4分。コロッセオも徒歩15分ぐらいです。オーナーがすごくいい人で、地図もくれます。
部屋は天井も高くキレイでゆったりとしています。いろいろホステル泊まりましたが今までで1番です。
ホテル到着時間は、遅れると心配するので、
正確な時間を入力した方がいいです。
