En final cuando realizado la tasa esta indicada en internet,a pagado però con malo sangre. una persona de olvidar.gracias

The owner was very rude. Had a big fight with him. Breakfast was okay. We were brought to somekind of place and it was not the B n B Dante..it was somewhere not really near to the train station. And was having trouble finding the place. The staff was a bit unhyegienic; digging his nose while putting the bed linen..wouldn't really recommend the hostel to others.

Completely false comment.These 4 maleysian girls came the night before the date reserved ,they called us from a luxury hotel,they ask us to be taken from there and they asked us an accommodation in emergency,we proptly went to take these 4 girls to our accommodation,we show them the big room but they denied,they cancelled the reservation and they run away because they demand a superior category of hotel despite our offer is a room in apartment as guesthouse-bedbreakfast .The next day the called us ,they changed mind about the cancellation and they ask again a room from us,because they didn't wanted to pay the NO-SHOW fee penalty,so were forced to accommodate in emergency again in another hostel near by ,we gave them a nice private room with 4 beds despite of they reserved only beds in mixed room ,but they were not sutisfied and despite the very small price,only total 50 euros per night,they continued to demand an hotel superior category .Moreover very nasty behauvior during the stay ,for revange they blocked the toilet WC with many pad intimate absorbent and plastic bag ,also they continue to ring the emergency bell in the night,and also the disturbed very much other guests .This people were authentic nightmare to forget.

イタリアでの住所の見方が分からず、表札も小さいので探すのに苦労しました。しかも電話しないといけないので、外国で携帯を使わない方は、テルミニ駅に着いたらそこの公衆電話を使った方が良いです。
スタッフもすごく優しく、日本人の宿泊客も多いのでおすすめです。

The location directions were totally wrong, I could hardly find it. It was a shithole, no wonder it turned out B&B dante does not exist any more. After long waiting a guy took me to another place:
No elevator.
An 2 bedroom apt.+a 'room-like' holes without windows separated by plastic folding doors from the corridor.
The 'staff' is 1 woman, also living there, and doing everything, at least kind.
Disgusting kitchen, next to the bathroom and toilet(!). Kitchen used for private purposes as well, always full of dirty dishes. No table there, only 1 person can sit.
Coffee machine, not working properly.
The bathroom is also divided by plastic folding door.
The toilet does not rinse properly.

When we arrived we met the owner of the hostel, that told us he had reserved a room for us with private bathroom although we didnt book that. he wanted 10 euros extra per night for this service and when we told him that we didnt book that, he got very angry and didn't want us to stay there. he then told us that there was another hostel of his where we could have exactly that service. we moved there and it was ok, the staff there was friendly and at least we had our privacy there. but our arrival was very disturbing... it felt as if he wanted to make some extra money with us.

Commento completamente falso.Abbiamo ospitato questa signora qualche settimana prima che aveva riservato solo 1 notte nella camerata dormitorio femminile nonostante fosse una donna senza fissa dimora residente a roma ma che girovaga negli ostelli a poco prezzo di roma,come lei sostiene in questo dispreggiativo commento. Nonostante non fosse compatibile con il tipo di giovani turiste che usualmente possiamo ospitare nella stanza condivisa dormitorio femminile, la abbiamo ospitata lo stesso per 1 notte per soli 7 euro,ma il giorno seguente ha preteso di rimanere da noi per un periodo indefinito,ma purtroppo non avevamo piu la disponibiltà per ospitarla altri giorni,quindi la signora ha iniziato a urlare di rabbia minacciando denunce e ricatti assurdi,come per esempio un rimborso in denaro di 50 euro per essere costretta a dormire senza lenzuola oppure di essere stata intossicata,pertanto abbiamo temuto anche per la nostra incolumità.Siccome abbiamo una assicurazione per eventuali reclami da parte degli ospiti,al suo ricatto di denaro abbiamo pazientemente spiegato di presentarci referti medici scritti ma alla fine non si è piu presentata,proprio a conferma di richieste false e pretestuose.Avviso tutti i gestori di alloggi e ostelli della pericolosità di questa signora.

駅に近いのはいいのですが、チャイナタウンのような場所で治安はあまり良くありませんでした。普通のアパートの様な場所だったのですが、システムがわからず到着した夜はとても不安でした。まず、到着後責任者に電話を掛け、その後スタッフの方が迎えに来てくださってホステルへ移動といった手順でした。どこかでこのシステムを説明して頂かないと、あまり治安のよくない場所に女性一人で夜９時に待ちぼうけになってしまい、とても不安で危険だと思います。

Le mie considerazioni però sono su B&B Walter Rooms perché B&B Dante era completo e il proprietario ci ha assegnato una camera in altro posto, ma nella mail di risposta lo aveva anticipato. Essendo un B&B mi aspettavo che lo spazio dedicato alla colazione fosse più ampio, c'erano solo 4 posti e gli ospiti erano di più, ma per il resto siamo soddisfatti del servizio e il servizio depositi bagagli è più economico di quello della stazione Termini.

Tuvimos una muy mala experiencia con Walter el encargado del lugar. No respetó la reservación que teníamos para cinco personas en B&B Dante.De último momento nos envió a 2 personas a Walter Guest House, en donde había dos personas embriagadas ocupando la habitación que nos asignaron, simplemente las sacaron y nos entregaron las llaves. Además de que tuvimos caminar hasta ese lugar que está a 15 min andando. Walter fue muy grosero, nos gritó y al final nos cobró más caro de lo acordado. No recomiendo en absoluto hospedarse en ninguno de los lugares que él propone.
I don't recommend at all to stay at B&B Dante or Walter Guest House, or any other etablishment he proposes. He didn't respect the reservation we had for 5 people at B&B Dante. At the last moment he sent 2 of us to Walter Guest House, we had to go walking with our luggage for about 15 minutes. He was very rude when I told him that he hadn't respected the reservation, he cried and at the end he charged us more.

esta familia se ha reservado 2 habitaciones en el B & B DANTE por 3 noches y se ha asentado aquí felices por 3 noches, y después se fueron al sur de Italia durante 1 vuelta de 2 días, tienen por lo tanto, ha pedido a reservar 1 noche más de 2 cuartos de después de la vuelta de 2 noches en el sur de italia.A pesar yo les informó que tenía que dejar un depósito mínimo de garantía, no han dejado nada de avanzado garantia, porque no estaban seguros de quedarse una última noche en Roma, y prometió que me llame por teléfono para alertar a las horas arrivo.Sin deposito a garantia,yo que asumió el riesgo de reservar las habitaciones, así que no me llamó nunca a confirmar por teléfono el día de llegada, sin aviso a surprisa llegó a la una de la madrugada,yo fue dormiendo y sólo por casualidad, la suerte todavía tengo 2 cuartos vacantes , pero está ubicado en 2 apartamentos diferentes, pero muy cercanos.La necesidad de dormir en habitaciones en el mismo apartamento 2 a pesar de que han despertado en la noche después de las horas, a pesar de que tenía que despertar al personal para colocar el segundo cuarto, a pesar de que los tomé con mi coche en el segundo apartamento, en el fondo no quería pagar el precio acordado y han hecho un poco de ruido gritando, mientras que otros huéspedes eran turistas que descansan dormendo.La señorita Itzel ha sido muy arrogante y mala, así que he preferido llegar a un acuerdo con el padre, que era mucho más cómodo y razonable.

Terrível, eu não tive coragem de ficar. Cheguei e me deparei com um prédio praticamente abandonado. Toquei a campainha por 20 minutos e ninguém do Hostel me atendia. Nesse tempo vi que o prédio era frequentado por pessoas muito estranhas, me senti na porta de uma prisão ou algo assim. Como ninguém me atendia e diante da situação não tive coragem de ficar nesse local. Sem contar o bairro que é super feio e me pareceu muito perigoso e não está tão perto da estação como dizem no site. Pessoal não fiquem nesse local!!!

Vi ankom klokken 22:15 ca. hvor ham der så tog imod os blev sur og mente at vi kom forsent. Så fik vi et værelse med bad, men det skulle vi så betale 20 € ekstra for at bruge fik vi af vide af Walter dagen efter. Morgenmaden var bare en pose toastbrød de havde langt på et bord, og køkkenet var virkelig ulækkert! Der stod beskidt service over det hele. Walter omtalte sine medarbejdere som "retarderede" da vi snakkede med ham. På et 4 nætters ophold blev der overhovedet ikke gjort rent og vi fik én rulle toiletpapir til to personer.

Comment completely false and offensive.The true is these 3 persons arrived in the middle of the nights 3 hours after 23.00 , when we finish our working time and me and other guests go to sleep,they came late without any information .Is indicated in our description of hostelsclub.com that we received our guests in our working time from 10.00 AM untill 23.00 ,we don't have recepcion 24 hours ,we cannot afford night service,we recommende to respect also the rest of other guests.We prefer don't ask a supplement money ,but In the case the guests come here afterours ,there is a penalty of 10 eur for the night service,as indicate in my web descrption.Despite of 10 euros is very small supplement for the night service ,these 3 guests run away as soon as i mentioned the time late,without either give a look to the room.They was so stingy to not pay any supplement that they run away so fast that is so funny if they saw any bugs or cockroaches on the floor,absolutely fantastic because my apartment is super clean.I really hope for our guest to see our description before to complete a reservation.

É indicado em nosso descrição hostelsclub.com que recebemos os nossos hóspedes em nosso tempo de trabalho a partir de 10,00 AM untill 23,00, não temos recepcion 24 horas, não podemos serviço noite, nós recommende a respeitar também o resto da convivados.Nos outros preferem nao pedir um dinheiro suplemento, mas no caso os convidados vêm aqui afterours atrasados, há uma multa de 10 euros para o serviço noturno, como indicam na minha descricao.A pesar de que 10 euros é muito pequeno suplemento para o serviço nocturno, estes 3 convidados fugir assim que eu mencionei a hora tardia, sem nem dar uma olhada para o quarto.Seu foi tão mesquinho para não pagar qualquer suplemento que fugir tão rápido que é tão engraçado se viram quaisquer erros ou baratas no chão , absolutamente fantástico, porque meu apartamento é super limpo.Eu realmente espero que para o nosso convidado para ver a descrição antes de completar uma reserva.

行ってみたら、一般のアパートで看板等何も無く、そこは受付で、そこから5分ぐらいの所を説明され行くと、そこも受付支払いでそこから3分ぐらいの所宿泊する場所でした。
領収書はROMA CAPITALE担っていました。
部屋は十分でシャワートイレも着いていますしインターネットも完備されています。
朝食もキッチンに置いてあるので、朝早くても、食べられる。予約時の予約手数料支払済みだが全額請求された。

Cheap place, nice people (except the owner, first day), clean, one can cook, close to metro and railwaystation. Wifi not working, some old computer working but until 11 PM. Lights turning off at 11 PM. Except the wifi problem I recomend this place warmly.

Je n'ai pa un auberge mais un petit apartment comme chambre de hotes (bed and breakfast) avec 2 chambres pour les hotes,Comme l'indique clairement dans la description de hostelsclub mais ces filles sont distraits, ne peut pas bien voir.Nous avons fait nettoyer la chambre chaque jour, même si elle n'est pas exigé par la réglementation, parce que le b & b est prévu au moins tous les 3 jours.La petit dejeuner .La petit déjeuner n'ai était pas petit mais très grand avec la table plein de nourriture sous forme de buffet .Commentaire faux et injuste.

Mi sono trovata molto bene: staff gentile, presente, paziente. E'più un ostello che un B&B, con il tipico disordine da ostello ricavato in un palazzo cittadino.. ma simpatico! Posizione comodissima, specie per la Metro e per la stazione Termini.

La stanza non era male senza nessun tipo di "lusso" che di certo non è quello che cerca un cliente di un B&B,pulita è il bagno in ottime condizioni. Il resto faceva desiderare. La cucina è in condizioni rom. Il palazzo è silenzioso e la posizione molto comoda.

Pequeño B&B, todo muy nuevo, buen servicio muy atentos, esta al lado de la estacion central de Termini, es decir, mágnífica ubicación, una relación calidad precio estupenda para ser Roma. Muy muy recomendable, el único pero es que si te toca la habitación al lado de la entrada, el ruido de la cafetera (es como un reactor nuclear) te puede molestar durante las horas del desayuno.
Sin duda,si ha Roma vas debes quedarte aqui,Walter y Maria Luisa son excepcionales,nos ayudaron en todo,tienes mucha libertad para hacer lo que quieras,incluso puedes cocinar alli.Tambien tiene internet por wifi(sin pagar suplemento) esto es muy util para buscar calles,restaurantes y un sinfin de cosas. Esta muy cerca de una parada de metro Vittorio,por lo que te sera facil moverte por Roma.Es un buen barrio. Ha sido muy buena experiencia. Recomendable siempre.

Walter som äger B&B Dante var väldigt trevlig och det var helt klart prisvärt. Man ska vara medveten om att det är ett Bed and breakfast med privat rum och toalett i walters lägenhet. Men för oss fungera det klockrent då vi kunde äta frukost när vi ville och komma och gå som vi ville så har man inge problem med att bo hemma hos nån och vill ha en budget resa så ska man helt klart boka detta.

The hostel is located in a really unsafety location in Roma. The owner Walter,was very very unfriendly and he was ill mannered, just because we have arrived a little late, since our flight has delayed. The hostel is located in a old building, in the upper floor and it's the particular home of the owner. The entrance hall is the only that we have seen, but the appearance it couldn't be worse. Since the owner, was very very unfriendly with us we have decided to leave and search for another hostel. Please, do not arrange booking with this hostel, otherwise you will regret for the rest of your life.

Completely false comment,these 4 people completely don't respect our working time,10.00 AM to 23.00 PM,they come late in the night,more then 3 hours late ,about 2.00 AM in the middle of the night,without any call or information us,the made noise into the building, provoked big problems with other neighbours family,and when I asked reason of this bad behaviur they answered all is permitted when they reserved in internet.Very arrogant people,I even got scared to hospitate this rude people.But also they demand a private apartment,never were aware of my apartment is an accommodation in a family=bed and breakfast, they said that in Spain never had such of kind poor kind of accommodation,and so they never expected to share the flat with the owner of the accommodation.At the end they went out without to stay and without to pay any refund because i reserved the room available for them. Please never again.

Quiero empezar diciendo que el Sr. Walter (dueño del b&b Dante)es una persona borde, patán, falto de educación y supremamente informal. ¿qué me paso?
1) Habiendo contratado con este Sr. el traslado del aeropuerto a su hostal, nunca llego, le llame insistentemente y al final atendió la llamada (sin cortarse un pelo y de la forma mas descarada) me dijo que me buscara la vida que no iría a recogerme. Lloviendo me toco esperar más de una hora para poder coger un taxi. Al llegar al supuesto destino, me tuvo 15 minutos más esperando fuera (seguía lloviendo), finalmente apareció y me dijo que no era allí que fuéramos andando (lloviendo)hasta su otro piso, cambia de opinión y decide llevarme en su coche (un coche destartalado, repleto de mierda), llegue a un piso patera que lo único bueno que tenia era la ubicación.
2)A primera vista el sitio no me gusto y le dije que sólo quería pagar una noche. se negó rotundamente y absolutamente enfadado gritándome me dijo que me fuera para un hotel que su servicio era hasta las 11:00 pm. y que encima de que había llegado tarde para el check in ahora ponía problemas, por su puesto le replique diciéndole que efectivamente llegaba tarde pero porque él me había incumplido y no había ido a recogerme. se puso como una furia y gritándome al oído me dijo: "El servicio es hasta las 11:00". se marcha azotando la puerta...
No hay derecho que a nadie se le trate de esta forma por muy poco que se este pagando. ¿Ud no lo cree?

El problema comenzò porque los senores equivocado el acuerdo de como organizar el servicio regocida : Yo he recibido las requesta de el servicio regocida de l'areopuerto,però el senor mentira olvida que yo he esplicado antes a telefono y tambien escribida una email, de llamarme cuando atierras porque si el chofer no puede llegar pronto o esta un problema a el ultimo minuto,entonses el servicio no puedo hacerlo bien,sin retraso,no es mi culpa si el chofer no puede llegar,yo he avisado el turista antes de la posibilidad de un problema ,entonses cuando el senor llamado ,yo he contestado con educacion que el chofer no podia llegar y yo le aconsejé de llegar con taxi,que es tambien lo mismo precio.
Como se puede escribir asi mala palabras que mi coche es "un coche destartalado, repleto de mierda"?????
La verdad fue los senores NO querian de pagar a la llegada,y tambien NO le gustaba pagar la TASA de Estancia de Roma,y tambien NO querian mostrar pasaportes para el registro,los senores diceban de llegar de la Colombia,donde ellos dicen no se usa mostrar los papeles... no sè.
Sin embargo fue la media noche ,mucho despues mi horario de trabajo y de recepcion como es la 23.00,y tambien de mi empleados,però los senores con arogancia me han dicho que porque ellos pagan dinero,todo es permittido .Espero dios nunca mas personas asi.

Il bed and breakfast peggiore nella mia vita. Il proprietario era sgrarbatissimo, ha parlato con me in un modo inaccettabile, dovevo aspettare per la camera SULLA STRADA alle 9 di sera, la localizzazione e molto peggio, abbastanza lontano dalla stazione Termini. La camera non era molto pulita, puzzava da qualcosa materiale. Non ci andrei mai nella mia vita di nuovo e non lo consiglierei a nessuno MAI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The furniture was very old and not really clean. The "staff" wasn't here most of the time. We also had a room without a real door, but we had a locker for our valuable staff. Unfortunately it was out of order. Also the internet worked only on two days in one week - the wifi was always out of order. We had to organize the toilet paper on our own.
The breakfast was not fresh and not enough for all the guests.
We paid app. 17 €/night (incl. tax). Way too much for this hostel.

Completely false comment ,these 3 girls they stayed 7 nights ,and never complained with us for anything,despite of there was a my employ to clean and assist them for everything.Is not true the internet didn't work,but the forget to mention that their own laptop couldn't arrange the settings to receive the WIFI signal,because other guests had WIFI.Regarding the breakfast , they also liars because they wake up every day around noon ,much after the breakfast time 6.00 to 10.00 ,so even had the breakfat as well.Regarding the price,also liar because the paied net to us only 13 eur per night,that is super sale price,because they didn't want to pay the Roma TAX stay= 2 euros per pers per night,and also the commission for hostelsclub.com.

La zona en la que está, no es muy buena. Aunque es céntrico y tiene una parada de metro a 15 minutos, la verdad que te sientes incomodo con el ambiente que hay(sobre todo de noche). El empleado es bastante buena gente y walter aunque parezca serio tb es amigable.
Yo la experiencia no la volvería a pasar aunque ya que he estado en otro hotel que era una maravilla y he notado bastante el cambio.

Estoy muy agradecido por las buenas palabras para mí y mi empleado.Però el comentario no es absolutamente corecto,no es en absoluto consciente de lo que el muy barato dinero que pagan (solamiente 40 euros por 1 estancia de 1 sola noche,no es bastante para pagar el cambio de sabanas,la desayuno y la calefacion),esta pareja llegan de la Argentina y no comprenden a nadie lo que se puede recibicir aqui en el centro de roma que es muy caro.El barrio es muy tranquilo y seguro ,estan muchos indianos y però son personas muy lindas que nuncan molestan , habitacion es super limpia y muy silencioso y de categoria superior por el valor de los muebles,la desayuno es super abundante a voluntad,esta cafe, leche, magdalenas,galletas,cereales,yogurth,cruassant,pan tostado,confettura,miel,jugo de naranja però todo esto no fue bastante porque ellos pretendeban aceite y tomate y queso y jamon serrano...Que puedo hacer con estos huespedes...?

I arrived in via Bixio. The chef was at the toilet. The structure was very dirty. Everything lied on the floor. After a while, I discoverd that I had to go to another structure, far away. No problem the chef brought me to another place, by motorcycle /motocicletta. I visited the room. In the lift there was shit. After that, once more, we had to go out for the registration, another place again. An ugly ugly place, dirty, not to recommend, not to insert in your club. I wonder, that you accept everything!

Comment completely false and nasty.The true is this man came after midnight,not respecting our working time 10 AM to 23 PM because is reccommended in our description to respect opening time.Moreover he reserved with nor valid expired credit card,so not sufficient relible reservation.Despite of theese problems,I was sleeping so i needed 2 minutes to get ready to accommodate this boy,just the time to go the toilet.Despite of the credit card not valid,so the reservation not relible and also for the late in the night,I didn't complain at all with him ,and I accommodate him in another apartment near by,so he seemed to like the room and he seemed to be happy.The lift floor wasn't so clean so i asked at once my emploie to clean soon as possible ,and he did ,despite of we are not responsible of the shared lift of a big building belongs many apartments and families.This man seems to to be not patience,but is obbligation for the italian turism rules to registrate every persons,so is necessary for us to registrate every guest,and the place is not absolutely ugly ,so comment full laiar.I relly hope this person going in another place next time.Thank you.

For the cost of a single room, I would have rather have gone to a Hotel where it was cleaner and where the TV worked. I wouldn't go there again. It was average.

Comment misundestanding and a bit liar.This girl came alone ,she change the reservation at the arrival,she wanted to stay in a private room instead of she reserved just a bed in the shared room as dorm,but I think she liked to pay the same price.Of course this is not possible.But I had availble only a double bedroom,so i could make only a small discount because she was alone,so I asked 40 euros per night,that in roma downtouwn is very cheap price.Comment liar: The room is very very clean and with tv working,but she never ask me how to turn on it.If she never come back again ,GOD bless you!!!!

Dante B&B is a simple apartment closed to the train central station. It's cheap but you don't have to expect a great place. The owner works in his own apartment (the B&B) which is composed of 2 rooms with WC and nothing else. The kitchen in common is ok but don't feel like having a great breakfast. This place is ok for easy going people. The owner is quite funny and anyway we got a good experience (it was for only 1 night). Good price and very easy going atmosphere.

Un'ottima scelta economica per soggiornare a Roma qualche giorno in tutta tranquillità. Il B&B è comodo sia per la stazione Termini che per la metro e gli altri mezzi pubblici. Le camere sono abbastanza in ordine e pulite... ma quello che è davvero impagabile è il gestore, Walter, un romano verace, semplice e cordiale... er mejo albergatore della Capitale!... La prossima volta che tornerò a Roma saprò già da chi andare!
