Buongiorno, mi sono trovata benissimo, tanto è che già penso di tornare da voi per la prox vacanza Romana!!!!!! l'unico appunto che posso fare è che la nostra camera da matrimoniale è diventata quadrupla.....quindi un pochino piccola!!!!!! ma va bene lo stesso!!!!!!! grazie

Preis-Leistung war vollkommen okay. Zimmer/Gebäude jedoch sehr hellhörig.

It might be a great idea to paint the place. It needs it desperately. Remember, there are no second chances to make a first impression. Your place is inexpensive but otherwise it lacks the charm of other places of your caliber

We had a fantastic stay, the location was excellent and Roberto was very kind and helpful.

Il prezzo dell'hotel al momento del pagamento è risultato superiore di circa 8 € rispetto a quello indicato dal vostro sito internet. Tale variazione è stata giustificata per compensare una tassa di soggiorno comunale

bastante bueno, lastima que el internet solo sea en una sola computadora, y no tengan servicio wifi para los cuartos, esos son los detalles, pero de ahi en más es muy bueno, excelente para unos días en Roma

Es war wirklich unglaublich, wir sind angekommen und der sehr unfreundliche "Besitzer" hat uns in einem sehr harschen Ton mitgeteilt, dass es keine Zimmer mehr gäbe. Als ich auf die Reservierung hingewiesen habe, hat er uns dann gesagt, es gäbe noch ein anderes Hotel, er müsste jetzt aber eine halbe Stunde weg, wir sollten vor der Türe warten, er würde uns dann abholen. Weil uns das alles sehr unfreundlich und suspekt vorkam sind wir dann gegangen und haben etwas anderes gesucht. Dieser Mensch war wirklich selten unfreundlich, hat sich nicht mal entschuldigt...

Das Hostel liegt in einem der typisch römischen Stadthäuser. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, ca. 5-10 Min. Fußweg zum Bahnhof und 10 Min. bis zum Nationaldenkmal. Auch der Rest der Innenstadt ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Eigentümer ist äußerst zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und erklärt bei der Ankunft alle wichtigen Punkte für das Verhalten in der Stadt. Das Frühstück fällt ein wenig dürftig aus, allerdings darf man in Italien da auch nicht allzu viel erwarten. Einziger negativer Punkt: Es befindet sich kein Klingelschild am Eingang, wodurch man sich zunächst durch insgesamt drei Stockwerke kämpfen musste. Für diesen Preis und diese Lage aber ein Punkt, den man gerne in Kauf nimmt. Insgesamt sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, sehr zu empfehlen.

Great position, clean, in a nice old building with high ceilings, and a helpful owner (directs/advises on what to do in Rome). The type of room I reserved was not available the first day, but he offered an alternative with a half price off. Works for us.

DID NOT LIKE CHANGING LOCATIONS AT FIRST. THOUGHT THIS WAS EERIE. IT TURNED OUT TO BE AN EXCELLENT PLACE FOR US. CLOSE TO RESTAURANTS AND ACTIVITIES. WE LOVED IT. IT WAS CONVENIENT FOR US. WE ARE OLDER. WE RECOMMENDED IT TO PEOPLE WE MET WHILE IN ROME SO THEIR FRIENDS WOULD USE IT IN THE FUTURE.

Vše by bylo v pořádku kdyby jsme byli ubytováné již první noc v Matisse bb a ne v nahradním ubytováni v bytě pro personál s 3 cizí osobou bez možnosti zamčení pokoje.Rezervovali jsme 4 měsíce předem.přijeli jsme nevhod.

The room was ok. nice and clean. The private toilet and bathroom are down the hallway and not private in your room. So you have to walk through a hallway to reach your toilet and bathroom. Considering the price it was OK.

Wir waren im Juli für einen Kurztrip in Rom und waren von dem Flair des Hostels begeistert. Die Wohnungen sind liebevoll eingerichtet, unser Bad war sehr modern und die Via Nationale ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Unser Zimmer lag direkt zur Straße hin, da die Fenster aber alle mit doppeltem Lärmschutz ausgestattet sind, hörte man wirklich nichts vom Lärm der Großstadt.

mooie lokatie en kraaknet maar wel met 2 personen in een 1 persoonbed moeten slapen (zie foto nikkita suites, bed met 1 hoodkussen op de foto). Goed ontbijt in zelfbediening. Vriendelijke ontvangst door de eigenaar.

テルミニから歩いて７－８分。場所は便利でした。入口が建物の別のテナントと共同なのでわかりにくかったです。宿名記載のインターホンで担当者を呼び出してチェックイン。エアコン代は別途と見るからにカツラのオーナーに言われましたが、そんなの聞いていないといったら引き下がりました。2日で7ユーロと言っていましたが、結局不要でした。気をつけてね。

We stayed at Matisse for 3 nights.Great location,3-5 min walking distance to Colosseum, and 15 to 20 min to all other historical places.The breakfast was included,the room specious, and the owner Roberto very helpful.Highly recommended.

We had an excellent time in Rome and Matisse was a perfect choosise! Roberto was so helpful. He was wainting for us infront of the front door at midnight (our plane was late and we couldn't tell him). The room was perfect! We had a private bathroom. The kitchen was full with drinks and foods and you could eat what you find and anytime :-)We were in the center, everything was soooooo close :-) I can recomend to everyone!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Matisse. Our host, Roberto was helpful and friendly. I used to live in Rome and I've been back there several times and haven't found any other accomodations that were that nice for such a low price.

The location can't be beat, very close to Termini station and the Metro line. The owner Michele was very accommodating.

It´s a good place! very good! the position is excelent! the bedroons are very clean and the breakfast is very good, and free, all day!! only 2 thing: there is not a microwave in the kitchen and there is not have a stove to cook some food... and the food is very expensive in the restaurants in Roma! And the staff could be better if they want to be first class!

I and my wife live in this hotel in Rome with my friend We have two beautiful room .very clean and comfortable .the location is great and we can walk to the metro station within 5 min.MR Mattisse is very friendly and helpful. High Recommend !

Es un lugar acogedor, bien situado, y donde se recibe muy buen trato. Con derecho a internet y cocina incluidos, y a cualquier hora del dia. La cocina y la sala de estar no son muy grandes, pero tampoco se necesita mas. Las habitaciones son muy comodas!

We adored this place and Roberto, the guy who runs it! It is right on Via Nazionale and walking distance to loads of sights and central tour bus stops for those inclined. There are great shops and restaurants. Roberto sent us to a great little restaurant close to a neighborhood sound studio. "Sophia" and many celebs have enjoyed this spot for years, their pics were all over, we thought the food super and the atmosphere friendly and unpretentious. The rooms were neat as pins had A/C and private WCs in good order. The breakie had lots of choice and fresh fruit. He even grabbed the toaster from his own apartment for us!! You are right downtown so it does have a bit of noise including wandering acordian players BUT when we got tired of the street sounds we closed up the shutters and cranked up the A/C, couldn't hear a thing! Roberto is a gas and speaks perfect English and is out-of-his-way helpful. This was a super start to our trip. Book it, you will love it.
