Stanza accogliente e pulita, ottima posizione comodissima con i mezzi di trasporto per muoversi al meglio in città (ottimo anche a piedi!!), disponibilità, cortesia e simpatia avvalorano il B&B William's Flat! Voto 100.

El cuarto es amplio y está bien decorado aunque hay filtración de agua en el baño lo que mantiene el piso húmedo y con olor desagradable. Solo reciben efectivo para el hospedaje a pesar de que en el sitio Web no lo advierte.

Tres bien place, 5 minutes de la fare TERMINI (+), les employes tres gentils (notamment une fille de Roumanie (+)), salle de bain avec les toilettes sont dans la chambre (+), on pouvait fumer dans la salle de bain, une seule chose qui m'a pas plu, on a du payer un taxe de climatisation (13 euro pour 3 jours, 2 personnes) ce qui n'etait pas dit avant.

No había ningún parecido entre lo anunciado y las condiciones reales del alojamiento. El personal trata de engañar a los clientes y no es claro con lo que ofrece. Nada recomendable.

Atendeu as minhas espectativas, porém se eu dependesse do estacionamento, ia encontrar muitas dificuldades.

It was very nice, the location is excellent! It's near center of Rome, everything is close - that's the most important to me. The employers are very sympathics!

注意点☆駅からはとても近いけど、ホテルではないので、看板もなく見つけにくいです。

住所通りに進んだら、普通のアパートの一室を貸しています。

私が泊まった時は、扉に張り紙がしてあり、ここに電話してくれとのことでしたが、近くに貸し電話屋があるので、そこを利用しました。

タオルは有料、エアコンは一晩€4、宿泊税は一人一晩€2でした。

GOOD☆駅から徒歩5分の立地、スタッフは優しくオススメの観光コースを教えてくれました！

BAD☆お風呂場の天井から水漏れしていて、初日に修理呼んだから！と言ってましたが、その後3日間は直ることはありませんでした（ ; ; ）

ソファーの上がザラザラで、清掃面が不安でした…

旅店离火车站很近，步行只需10到15分钟，离市中心步行只要30分钟，店主很热心介绍罗马的旅游景点，房间整洁舒适。唯一不足就是如果需要使用毛巾和冷气需另外付费。

A szoba egyszerű, de tiszta és kényelmes, a vendéglátó pedig nagyon kedves és segítőkész :)

オーナーの方がとても陽気で親切です:)

主要な観光名所のまわりかたやバスなどこまかく教えてくれるので安心です。

場所が分かりづらく、アパートの一室のようなところですがシャワーとトイレもわかれており使いやすくwifiもとんでいるので不便することはありませんでした。

低価格でしたが満足の楽しいステイができます:)

Le B&B est très bien situé! Dans une petite rue calme! Romano est très sympa et vous donne de bonnes adresses et des bons plans pour les visites!

Un buen lugar para dormir, cerca de la estacion de termini, pero la zona se veia un poco fea aunque muchas partes de roma por la noche se ven asi, el cuarto era habitacion doble con baño, muy amplio y limpio, lo unico malo era el frio que hacia en el baño, de ahi en mas lo recomiendo, el dueño y encargado es muy amable y nos ayudo y mucho y recomendo lugares, aunque no me hagrado que cobrara las toallas.

Pero para dormir es un buen hostal!

Romano is very helpful and friendly :) Thanks to him we ate the best ice cream in the world!

The flat is located with only a few steps away from restaurants, shopping, bars and of course Rome Termini.

There is kitchen and fridge available, also free coffee/tea/jam/cookies. It is a clean and not expensive place to stay in Rome.

It is certainly recommendable!

Excellent location apartment, great helpful and always smiling, cheerful staff(Romano). The first night was a bit cold but Romano then brought an electric heater and everything was fine again. Thank Romano :))) And be sure to come back! Barbora and family

I LOVED staying at William's flat! He was super helpful and gave us some incredible advice in regards to how to get around Rome, where to go, what to eat etc. The room was super spacious but also cozy at the same time. The beds were SO comfy and the sheets were always fresh and clean. I will definitely be staying at William's flat the next time I am in Rome!

The William´s Flat was perfect! Simple the best cost and benefit of hostel that I had in Europe. Rome was amazing because we had all attention and support of this hostel!

The location is perfect and near of the most important places to visit.

The accommodation is really comfortable and you can see all details to make the customers satisfied and happy! Acabo de llegar de Roma, ha sido unos de los mejores viajes que hecho con diferencia y sin duda recomendaría William´s Flat para hospedarse, Romano, el dueño, es un buen anfitrión y te hace la estancia más acogedora, te recomienda donde ir, que ver, como llegar a los sitios, te facilita planos, horarios, en fin..., el hostal no es que sea muy lujoso pero lo dicho, es acogedor, a parte de céntrico y bien comunicado con todo. Gracias Romano!!!!

El hostel es muy pequeño, sin embargo la comodidad en la habitación fue excelente. Su administrador es muy amable y atento. Es muy recomendable para los que prefieren una habitación para descansar y pasar el resto del día recorriendo.

Muy buen lugar, nos quedamos la noche de navidad con mi novia y fue increible, al otro dia tenia reservado en otro hostel (two ducks) que resulto ser una pesadilla ya que no nos habian respetado la reserva y nos dejaorn en otro lado muy malo, por suerte Romano (dueno de william flat

I have been with my boyfriend one week before. And we've just loved it! Everything was perfect: position (close to Termini station, good restaurants,10 min walk to city centre or max 5 min by metro). The owner was very cheerful and pleasant: he gave us many useful tips, information about the city with the map. Breakfast in the mornings... By the way, he recommended an amaizing restaurant La Famiglia. It's a perfect place to eat in Rome. Mmmm Niami niami...:))and it's not expensive like in the city centre or close to famous monuments.

Everything was clean, calm place with 24 hours hot shower... U know.. I felt like at home. We will strongly recommend William's flat and if next time we will go to Rome, we will choose William's flat for our rest! Thank you!

Para mi opinion, la limpieza no estaba muy bien, quitando las habitaciones, el baño no habia quien entrara ya que le tubimos que limpiar nosotros.

el personal, es lo mas estupido que hay en la ciudad de roma, ademas le teniamos durmiendo al lado nuestro, e incluso nos quiso echar de alli.

la ubicacion no me puedo quejar

William's Flat was really nice and clean and the staff (Romano) was nice and helpful. The location is excellent, close to the Termini station. I had a wonderful time and i will stay at William's next time i'm in Rome.

2日間滞在。予定より早く到着した私たちを快く迎えてくれました。主人のロマーノさんは見所、バス等の交通手段を英語で説明しながら、大きな地図に書き込んで手渡してくれます。テルミニ駅至近、部屋・バスも綺麗でとても良い宿です。お薦めです。

t visit a lot of hostels, but William's flat had all what anyone would need in a hostel. It is clean, has nice helpful stuff. In addition it is near the centre of the city and the main station which makes it perfect dorums to spent time in Rome

Miłe przyjęcie przez właściciela. Codzienny kontakt. Bardzo dobra obsługa. W pokoju i łazience czysto, widać, że w ciągu dnia było sprzątane. Polecamy!!

The hotel was close to Termini (central station) and most of Rome's attractions by walking distance.

The street was easy to find, but the hotel had no name sign, we had to ring a few places, please put a sign!

The room was "just" ok nothing extraordinary, the bathroom is almost new, so that is a plus.

The man from the hotel is friendly and helpful, giving us maps and tips to get around Rome, also let us keep the room keys until the afternoon where we left our backpacks.

It does not have any internet access and the breakfast was poor!

It's what you can expect for a hostel, paying 30 eur in Rome.

Buen lugar, solo a 5 minutos de la estacion termini, Romano es muy amable y nos dio informacion exacta y nos ayudo a organizar nuestra visita a Roma.

Recomiendo ampliamente este sitio.

Yo no me hospede en este hotel.... no puedo dar mi opinion

This place is quite nice, but the walls are very thin (everything from next room can be heard), there was no heating (even when outside temperatur was only 15) and water is only calm (no way how to get warm shower). I can recommend for staying during hot weather and for people with deep sleep.

Really very,very good place(es) to stay :)!!! (Casa di Jasmine & also GENTILE HOUSE in Via Enrico Cialdini 14, where we actually stayed!!!) Very clean & spacious room (with TV & free WiFi-Spot). Extremely nice, friendly, sympatico & VERY helpful owners (Maurizio&Romano - THANK YOU again for your help when my bag was stolen!!!). I stayed there 4nights with my parents and we all felt warm & welcome :). Sometimes after a "hard day" Maurizio took care of us with a relaxing hot cup of tea:))! Thank you both for all the good reccomondations and for being such NICE&FRIENDLY people, so that we felt warm & safe in a big foreign city!!! We truely can recommend this congenial place in rome :)))!!! And we will come back to YOUR place:)!!! Ciao, baccio & abbraccio, Sandra(&parents)

Really good accomodation, near termini train station and busses to the centre. But you can also walk. Really nice owner, very friendly and helpfull!!! Perfect place to stay a couple of days and enjoy Rome!

El hostal esta situado muy céntrico a 3 min de la estación de Termini. Romano, el dueño, es una persona muy agradable y nos guió de forma perfecta para visitar toda Roma. Bajo se encuentra un restaurante típico italiano, "La Familia", donde comer pasta y pizza excelentes y por un buen precio. En general el hostal esta muy bien y lo recomiendo al 100%.
