A hotel with a very good location to explore the city. Less than 5 min walk from the Porta Nuova railway station. The think that bothered us, was that the cleaning of our room was done usually very late, so we had already come back from the city to rest for a while. The other thing was that the linens had some stains on them of some insects and we also squashed some during our stay. However, this didn't bother us too much.

Un hotel muy céntrico y muy buena atención, una lástima que estuvieran reformando la fachada, y el ruido de las obras y el polvo fuera otro compañero de habitación

Buona accoglienza, stanza piccola ma pulita e bene arredata.
Strada tranquilla, senza traffico benchè attigua al Corso Vittorio Emanuele.
Ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro a piedi.
Unico neo: non c'era modo di regolare il riscaldamento e di notte abbiamo sofferto parecchio caldo.

Dans l'ensemble propre, bien situé (proximité gare, centre ville, navette pour aéroport).Personnel accueillant et serviable.Pratique pour séjours courts pour jeunes couples voulant découvrir la ville ou faire une halte à Turin.

Rapporto qualità/prezzo molto ragionevole.Personale disponibile e cortese.Complessivamente, confortevole.Lasciavano un pò perplessi i serramenti (un pò mal tenuti) e il condizionatore (che spandeva acqua).Ci tornerei volentieri

Lo staff non si è comportato adeguatamente in occasione di un loro problema (legato alla disponibilità delle camere) non comunicandoci l'alternativa che ci proponevano, e ciò nonostante avesse i numeri di cell. per contattarci. Così siamo venuti a conoscenza della nuova situazione solo all'arrivo in hotel. E' stata una mancanza di rispetto, oltrechè di stile.

Good hotel, clear, nice and cheap, the area is near the station. The staff is sometimes not so friendly but ok!
