Nico Apartment Venice

Opis

Nico Apartment venice is an about 60 sqm accommodation composing of entrance, 2 double rooms (or two twin rooms) each one with private bathroom with shower and shared kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped, also with washing /dryer machine. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning system. It's in a condominium but with a separate entrance because it is located in a mezzanine floor.

Nico Apartment is only 100 meters from the waterbus (vaporetto) stop 'ZITELLE' on the amazing Giudecca island. San Marco is just in front of us at 7 minute waterbus and the frequency of service is every 10 min for 24 hours / 7 days.

The connections to TRONCHETTO (car parking), to Piazzale Roma (bus station), and to SANTA LUCIA (railway station) are at the same frequency. On summertime we are connect to LIDO beach every 20 minutes and ,also in 20 minutes, you will be there !!

GIUDECCA island is in front of St. Mark's Basin and from here you can enjoy a magnificent view. It was from GIUDECCA that CANALETTO was inspired to create his paintings of wonderful city's views. Well, you can see them live !!!!

This island is also the quiet respite after a long day of museums, monuments, exposures with all the result of confusion, crowded streets, etc.. etc..

In the neighborhood you can find bars, restaurants, supermarkets, all kind of shops and everything you need.
