PLEASE NOTE:

From 24/08/11 the municipality of Venice obliges every hotel to charge each guest an extra TOURIST TAX.

The amount is of 1,80 euros per person per night during the high season:

- from April 1st until October 31st

- Carnival time

- Easter time (from the Wednesday before Easter until the Tuesday after it)

- the week that includes December 8th

- from December 23rd till the first Sunday after January 6th

During low season the amount is 0,90 euro per person per night.

At only 50 metres from the Hotel entrance is located the Piazza Ferretto: the shopping and pedestrian area of Mestre. We usually give a map of Venice to all our guest with all the indication to go and to come back in hotel. Post office, bank, shops, supermarket, mall everything is located near the hotel. Town market at 200 meters every wendsday and friday morning. Our best restaurant at 5 minutes walk. Bus stop to venice at 20 meters, public bus service 24 h a day.
Venice airport - Marco polo is 10 km from the hotel, connected with pubblic bus service - atvo shuttle service - taxi-cab service. Treviso airport is 25 km from the hotel, connected with ryanair shuttle - pubblic bus - taxi.
Port of Venice is 8 km far away.
Venice Mestre Railway Station is 800 meters from the hotel.
