About us
We are a company that currently owns / manages 10 Condos in 3 Residential Buildings within prime Manila locations. Catering mostly to vacation travelers and families, we strive to offer a 'home away from home' alternative to the many hotel properties in the area

Accommodation
All our units ( Studio and 1 Bedroom) are fully furnished, have ensuite bathrooms, open concept fully equipped kitchen, AC,Flat screen TV, DVD's, Wifi Internet - all utilities are included in the rental price. We provide every 3 days housekeeping services with change of towels / linens.
Our apartments are located in two modern Residential Towers situated nearby Roxas Boulevard / Manila Bay Area: Le Mirage de Malate ( 2126 A Mabini Street) and Robinsons Place Residences ( Padre Faura Street)

Services and activities
All our buildings have 24 hours security and restricted access to residents only, CCTV cameras, feature common areas : swimming pool, Air conditioned Gym facilities,Sports Room, function rooms, high speed elevators and fire prevention and detecting systems in all units and common areas

Surroundings
Located with minutes of Manila Bay and US Embassy, with a wode choice of shopping galleries, including the Mall of Asia or Robinson's Place Manila, with a wide variety of restaurants and bars favored by both locals and foreigners within a short walking distance. Museums, Rizal Park, Manila Zoo, Hospitals, Aquapark are all within a few minutes drive from our properties
