Chambre très mal isolées dû à la vétusté de certaines chambres.

Sur la chambre économique, salle d'eau très étroite.

Et malheureusement, bruit dans l'étage supérieur et dans l'étage beaucoup de bruit de conversation à voix haute jusqu'à 23H30 alors que nous voulions dormir.

I was bitten by bedbugs in the room. They also bit me after changing rooms. I do not recommend the stay!

WARNING! BED BUGS (Bettwanzen)!! We had a lot of bed bugs in our room (I had more then 100(!) bites after 2 nights there) and the owner seemed to knew it already and doesn't care. Only the person who cleans the room smoke to us during the check out and the owner did not come when she was called.

Location is the best, no doubt about it, but do not ever go if you care about bed bugs, honestly...

O quarto não tinha as condições mínimas para ser alugado. Muito frio e sem quaisquer condições de hotel. Devia ser retirado.

Cordialidade e Simplicidade. Fomos muito bem atendidos, muito bem localizado. Adoramos.

Einfache Unterkunft. Lage ziemlich zentral. Personal und Sauberkeit ok. Für einmalige Übernachtung in Ordnung. Würde aber nicht länger dort bleiben wollen.

La Pensao Franca nous convient parfaite-

ment, c'est la 3e fois que nous y séjournons (dont une fois sur le "Camino Portugues"). Bien située, à côté des Clérigos, tout le vieux Porto, et le Douro, sont à portée de main.

Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer unter dem Dach. Zimmer kann man nicht sagen, eher ein Abstellkammer. Da ich im September gebucht hatte war es auch noch sehr warm. An Abkühlung war nicht zu denken. Ich werde diese Pensionen nicht wieder Buchen!

Pessoas simpaticas, imovel antigo, mas com boas condicoes. Tive que ficar mais dias e desponibilizaram-me outra habitacao. E esta bem localizada.

Espaço acolhedor, aliado a uma boa limpeza e simpatia no trato pelas funcionárias. Junta-se ainda, a excelente localização, e o resultado é de ficar fiel ao alojamento e recomendar muito forte

The Location is good, the rooms are very small and not cosy. There is noise from the square outside. The staff was quite friendly. The steep staircase can be a Problem.

Bien située, bien tenue, un peu bruyante la nuit (mais nous habitons habituellement la campagne).

C'est notre deuxième séjour ... donc une preuve de satisfaction.

Central, nice, good value for money. The rooms upstairs get hot in summer, and there is a lot of nightlife going on at weekends – very noisy.

Au coeur de l'action et des monuments à découvrir. Tout peut se faire à pied. Formidable même si les chambres sont petites. On ne va pas à Porto pour dormir!

The location is awesome except u need to walk 10 mins to the closest subway station. The double room is good but quite cold for January.

Room a bit too small. Lights in the room can be brighter. Very convenient location as it is walking distance to anywhere.

Simples,limpo , tranquilo excelente localização, ótimo preço. Bom para quem quer economizar e não quer nada chique. A decoração é muito cafona

Une seule nuit avant notre départ sur le Caminho Portugues mais nous y reviendrons, "en touristes", pour visiter Porto et les alentours

Quarto para 3 pessoas é um pouco apertado, havendo alguma dificuldade em colocar malas e gerir mobilidade.

I have booked there a private bedroom with bathroom, but bathroom was in a coridor.

In genral all was ok!

simple but clean, everything you needed was provided for

a bit noisy at night, from traffic outside,and from the bell on the stairs

no information given by arrival, only check in and handing over the key, hello goodbye and that was it

For the price, I can have no complaints about PENSãO FRANçA. The basic necessities: such as the room was clean and tidy, while the shower was spacious with hot water. I would recommend PENSãO FRANçA to anyone who wants to stay in Porto for a bargain price.

Clean lodging with friendly people in a nice area. Very good value at a low Price.
