Hostal Rio de Castro since 1967 is a family-run hostel of 2 stars in the center of Barcelona, fully renewed on 2009

We have 14 double rooms all with bathroom; TV; Direct phone; Internet WIFI access; air conditioning and heating, which means we are able to offer personalized service.
Triple rooms has 1 double bed and 1 single bed or 3 single beds (if avalaible)
Double rooms you can chose double or twin (if avalaible)

The Hotel is just on the Paral.lel an area with a lot of cultural activities to choose from including theaters and cinemas and only 400m from the Fira de Barcelona or Barcelona Trade Fair which is the most important conference and business center of the city.

Our privileged position means you are just a five minute walk from the bus stop where you can go from the Plaza de Espana to the airport or the top of Montjuic to enoy the beautiful views or the Conference Center of the city and port.

Avenida Paral.lel is a lively thoroughfare where you will find a choice of theaters and entertainment in the vicinity.

The Hostel is well placed for the main through roads serving the city and is well served by public transport and only a few minutes away from the historic city center.

We do have parking facilities for our customers.(if avalaible)
