l'ascensore non funziona sempre!

The location is very central. The staff seems very friendly. The room is old though and maybe thats why it looks warn out. Under the mattress there is a weird warnout clothing that looks dirty. At the hall the there are sofas everywhere but their springs and clothing are also very warn out. Something new now, at the hall there is a very big flat tv. In the room there is a small one, but only spanish channels. There is a machine for hot drinks, the prices are relatively cheap, we do not know how it tastes though.

In conclusion this is a very basic accommodation in a central location. If you are out most of the time and are here for only a couple of days, this room is enough. But if you plan to stay longer and would like to have a kitchen for cooking then you need something else. The place is quiet, and at the reception there is always someone. They are helpfull.

Il personale dell'ostello è molto cordiale e gentile, la posizione dell'ostello è buona il problema è che la stanza che mi è stata assegnata sembrava uno scantinato buia, con una sola finestra , molto stretta con aria rarefatta con il bagno che non era provvisto di finestra, non si respirava sono scappato dopo un paio di notti

rewelacyjne położenie-lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko, plaza 2 minuty, przystanki autobusowe w każdym kierunku, ciekawe widoki, dużo sklepów, restauracji, mila obsługa, poczucie bezpieczeństwa- dozór 24 godzinny na recepcji, winda, zamawianie taksówek.

Place managed by a kind family making you feel at home. Modest but very clean rooms, it's located on an old flats building. A little separated from touristic places but near of the Las Canteras beach and two central bus stations. Definitely I would come back.

Nice hostel

Die Buchung über Hostelsclub lief unproblematisch. Das Hostel liegt an einer Einbahnstraße im "asiatischen Viertel" von Las Palmas. Es ist nicht besonders modern und der Aufzug beginnt erst im 1. Stock. Dafür hat der Mann vom Empfang sofort reagiert, als ich ihn gefragt habe, ob wir noch eine dritte Person ins Doppelzimmer nehmen können - und ein Klappbett organisiert. Das Zimmer und besonders das Bad waren sauber! Supermärkte, Restaurants, Strand - alles in der Nähe. Und auch unser Lieblingscafé "La Posada" liegt nur wenige Schritte die Straße runter. Daumen hoch!

very nice and cheap hostel which has free internet and is situated in a quiet road, close to the beach. Highly recommendable.

El Hostal està muy limpio, y el personal es muy amable y disponibile a dar informaciones utiles. Ademàs se encuentra en una posiciòn muy buena para disfrutar de la ciudad y también para los que llegan en barco. Relaciòn calidad-precio muy muy buena.

Location somewhere in "chinese" part of Las Palmas - quite noisy area. Close to the beach but half hour walk to City shopping centres. Didn't see those beautifull landscapes seen from window showed on the pictures.

The rooms are clean, but the furniture is very cheap and old. Very nice and helpful staff. Free Internet. I would come back.

Habitaciones muy cutres e interiores la mayoria. El personal es muy amable, eso sí.

Un tres bon sejour dans cette auberge! Tres attractive au niveau du prix de la proprete et de sa situation. (5min de la plage, 10min d un centre commercial....).

ein sehr sauberes Hostel! Personal spricht hauptsächlich Spanisch, W-Lan verfügbar aber nur in Rezeptionsnähe, kein Frühstück möglich, asiatisches Viertel, 5min zum Strand, Busstation ganz in der Nähe, Supermarkt 5min - in allem sehr angehem und nur weiter zu empfehlen

The Hostel is nice! The rooms are very clean but dark because the windows of most romms are located to a small dark inneryard (This kind of inneryards are typical for Spanish and Latin American hosuses). Just the dishes are a bit dirty and you have to wash them before useing.

You can use internet for free. The stuff is nice exept an older woman. Furthermore she can´t speak english. The rest of the stuff speaks a little bit english. Its better to have knowledge of Spanish.

All in all is the hostel recommendable!

Everything is good, super position, very clean and nice peopel

Even though there were a couple of small administrative problems which they solved immediately, I liked this hostel very much. First and foremost, it is very clean. They changed the towels everyday and cleaned a room everyday (what I cannot say about some other accommodation facilities I used in the past). The staff, though does not speak English, was helpful, friendly and nice. The hostel is only 5-10 mins away from the Playa de las Canteras. A bus stop is very near so you don't need to go far to hop on the bus and reach Santa Catalina or San Telmo bus (guagua) station. In the hostel, you can freely use the internet. There is a possibility to connect your own notebook. I think it is a very good choice for budget travellers. Strongly recommend it!

Muy buen hostal, limpio, bien ubicado - muy cerca de la hermosa playa de las Canteras. El único aspecto negativo es el ruido que se puede oir por la noche, pero en general excelente.

Es una muy buena opción para alojarse en Las Palmas.

The hostel's got a great location, only 5 minute walk from the beach "Las Canteras" which is a very clean and nice beach. The hostel's staff is kind specially the owner.
