There was no indentification of the hostel.
The clothes were a little bit cared for.The beds had sheets only.
The interior space of the room and the outdoor spaces were poorly cleaned.The toilet had no toilet paper.
In bedroom interior there was a fire extinguisher in a bad state.
The employees were not nice.

staff molto disponibile, il responsabile ci ha aspettato in strada anche per più di un'ora (causa ritardo aereo), e per alcuni problemi all'appartamento che avevamo prenotato, siamo poi stati accompagnati da lui stesso ad un'altro indirizzo (fortunatamente ancora più centrale, praticamente a puerta del sol) e ci ha anche fatto il piacere di portare qualche valigia. l'appartamento però è un po' vecchiotto e scricchiolante, la pulizia non è delle migliori. per il resto perfetto per un weekend a madrid!

La 2da noche hubo personas en la habitacion del lado que no dejaron dormir.Esto lo califique en Atmosfera.

La verdad que la habitación no nos gustó nada, primero porque cuando la reservamos estaba en una dirección y después nos la cambiaron a otra, nose el por qué, y por tanto no correspondía a lo que yo creía que había reservado, después yo pensé que tenía que pagar una cantidad y cuando llegamos allí nos dijeron que teníamos que pagar más correspondiente a la limpieza, cosa que no ponía cuando se hizo la reserva.

My girlfriend and I stayed for 6 days and I can say that it's among the best hostel/guesthouses I've been. I would definitely recommend it!
The guesthouse is 5 minutes walk from the center.
The room had a TV, refrigerator and air conditioner, which for the price is awesome.
A cleaning lady cleans the common areas (kitchen, bathroom) everyday.
Staff is really friendly (we had breakfast together) and helpful (they can point you to good restaurants, bars, events, etc.).

Det er en stor lejlighed, meget centralt i Madrid, som er blevet delt op i vaerelser hvor man saa deles om faciliteter som bad og koeken, det fungere fint, dog skal de pointeres at der kun kan betales kontant

This was an excellent place to stay in Madrid. The hostel is three or four private rooms. We were pleasantly surprised at how accommodating the owner was. He got up to make us coffee and give us some muffins every morning. He was incredibly helpful. There is a shared bathroom but I only had to wait once. The only downfall is that it's a little further away from the main areas than we expected but still walkable. Excellent time!
