The Manuel Agud Querol Residence is situated in the Ibaeta Campus, 20 minutes walking form the famous La Concha beach. During the day, the tourist could enjoy the old town, which is the most popular area of San Sebastián and during the night, could enjoy of the port where are a lot of bars and nightlfe. Other places for visiting are La Constitucion circus, Buen Pastor cathedral and Constitución circus.
