lebua at State Tower is an all-suite hotel where every one of our 357 suites are designed to offer you breathtaking vistas of Bangkok and the Chao Phraya river. Ranging between 66-266 square metres in area, each suite is reputed to be the most spacious in its category in the city.
One bedroom suite sizes start from 66 square metres and range to 186 square metres for two bedroom and 266 square metres for three bedrooms. All guest suites are priced competitively against more traditional sized rooms in five star hotels and offer high speed broadband internet access. All suites provide a lounge and bedroom area, two large screen televisions.

RATE INCLUSIONS:
Rate does include one breakfast per day/room for each registered guest, 24 hrs Wifi in room and 5% Shopping Discount card at The Emporium, Bangkok Shopping Centre.

OCCUPANTS POLICY:
Maximum 2 adults without charge for Superior room. Additional charge of US$ 68 per night per bed is applied for the third adult or child.

CHILD POLICIES 4-12 YEARS:
- There is no extra charge for child aged from 0-11 years old sharing the same room as their parents with the existing beds or with the complimentary extra bed.
- Child breakfast and extra bed for child aged from 0-3 years old will be provided as complimentary.
- Child breakfast is discounted at 50% off for child aged 4-11 while extra bed is provided as complimentary.
- If the extra person or child is above 12 years old, the additional charge is US$ 80 net per bed per night including daily breakfast at Café Mozu. This needs to be applied even if the guests refuse to have an Extra bed.

BALCONY POLICY:
Suite balcony doors will be unlocked upon personal request provided all guests are at least 14 years old. A Balcony Usage Form must be signed upon check-in.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellation must be made two days before arrival date otherwise one night penalty will be charged from given credit card in case of non-arrival or late cancellation
- No show penalty fee is equivalent to 1 night accommodation if the guest fails to check in and fails to cancel the booking in advance.

NEW YEAR CANCELLATION POLICY 2013:
* Minimum 3 consecutive night stay is required on the nights of 27 -31 Dec 2013.
* Any cancellation or amendment of the bookings that covers the stay period of 27 Dec 13 – 1 Jan 14 inclusive can be made within 7 Dec 2013 inclusive without penalty fee.
* A full deposit for all bookings, with the stay period overlapping the nights of 27 Dec 13 – 1 Jan 14, is required to be received on 7 Dec 2013; otherwise, the room reservation will be released automatically.
* Any cancellation made from 8 Dec 2013 onwards (for the bookings with stay period overlapping the nights of 27 Dec 13 – 1 Jan 14), full penalty fee will be applied for cancellation or no show and no refund will be made. The full deposit will be forfeited.
* Bookings made from 8 Dec 2013 with the stay period overlapping the nights of 27 Dec 13-1 Jan 14 onwards will have to be prepaid immediately in full in order to confirm the reservation and this full prepayment is non refundable.
