This lovely guesthouse painted in bright orange color, that is situated along the MaePing river has been established 14 years ago. During the years the guesthouse has grown from a simple guesthouse to a well known guesthouse around Chiang Mai. The guesthouse is perfect for all types of travelers, couples, families, backpackers, solo travelers. Our guesthouse features 16 rooms.
The different types of rooms are described below:
Standard double room Fan
This fan cooled room comes with either one double bed or two single beds. The room measures 323 square feet (30 square meters). There is complimentary wireless internet access to keep you connected and cable channels are offered on the televisions for your entertainment. The private bathroom features a shower as well as a western style toilet. There is also a balcony for your comfort

Services and activities
Leisure options include a book swap corner and customized day trips arranged by the tour desk. The guesthouse also has a movie projector, a free computer station and laundry service.
Opening out to garden views, the restaurant offers all-day dining with Thai and Western menus. The bar offers ice-cold beers and refreshing cocktails.
Furthermore complimentary Wi-Fi is provided in the rooms as well as in the common areas.


Surroundings
The guesthouse is situated in the center of Chiang Mai.
Although just out of the old center of the city at the border of the Ping river, it's only a 5 minutes ride to the city center.
Surrounded by a tropical garden with many trees you will sleep in cleaner air and in a much quieter atmosphere thanks to the river.
