The hotel was established on August of 2015 but the project started from 2013, 2 years on construction. The hotel mission is meet the customer's satisfaction and come back to stay. The building interesting feature is the unique and modern design. The hotel is closed to a lot of shopping malls, shops and restaurants such as MAYA, Central Kadsuankaew, Niman One, iberry, Mango-Tango etc.

There is 52 rooms in the hotel with 6 room types ; Superior, Deluxe, Grand Deluxe, 1 Bedroom Suite, 2 Bedroom Suite and 2 Bedroom Family Suite. The suites are on 6th and 7th floors with kitchenette, living room, dining table, washing machine.

The common area is lobby, parking lots with free WiFi. The buffet breakfast is available at 7am.-10am. with a la carte menu at 10am.-2pm.

The hotel is based on Nimmanhaemin area, the popular place for the quest who like the walking street, closed to a lot of shopping malls, shops and restaurants such as MAYA, Central Kadsuankaew, Niman One, iberry, Mango-Tango, Gu Rotee, Restetro coffee shop, Warm-up Bar etc.

The ways to get reach Soi 17 Nimmanhaemin is by Grab Taxi, Red Cab and the hotel can call the private taxi to let the guest to downtown. The free shuttle bus from hotel to Central Festival Department Store is available.
