**During Full moon and holiday periods, we enforce a minimum stay policy. Cancellations for Full moon bookings must be made at least 5 days before date of arrival. All cancellations for New Year bookings must be made at least 10 days prior to your arrival date. Furthermore, no-shows will be charged for their entire booking.**

All Bookings for Full moon and New Year periods must be paid in full in advance via paypal invoice (no account needed - you can pay with any credit card).
