2 minutes from the pier, when you are arriving from Koh Samui with 'Haadrin Queen' boat:

Go straight, 300 meters. Turn left in the second street on your left. Then, 20 meters and right. Maddy's restaurant is at the corner. Nanda's hostel is the shop exactly middle way in the street.

Ask the taxi to drive you to 'Nic's Restaurant' we are neighbor, 50 meters to Nanda is just next in the street.
All of them know also the famous Dancing Elephant.
