The Orchard House is a newly opened, British run guest house. It offers a British standard of cleanliness and service at a reasonable price. Located in Baan Tai, just across the road from Baan Tai beach. A 10 min taxi ride to Full moon party.

Guests can choose within a range of rooms with different prices, all the rooms are fully air conditioned, with hypoallergenic mattresses.
Free, fast Wi-Fi is available all over the hostel.

There is also home to The Lounge cafe/bar serving good quality food at a great price for the clients who doesn't want to take a walk into the streets nearby.

The Orchard House has thiese different types of rooms:

Air conditioned, en-suite dorm rooms (sleep 4) with custom made bunks. Include extra headroom, inbuilt lighting, personal charging points and safety deposit box.

Twin, triple and family rooms offer en-suite bathroom (with hot shower), built in storage and private balcony with outdoor furniture.

Family suite has super soft, imported king size bed and custom made bunks (sleeps 4). Also has a lounge area.

All rooms have free linen and towels, super clean, en-suite bathrooms with a hot shower 24/7.

This is probably the only places on the island to offer "hand-cut" chips and an all day English Breakfast just like it was UK.

It is possible to get custom made sandwiches. Choose bread, choose fillings and have as much free salad as it fits in! There is also a BBQ buffet every evening from 6.30 and Happy hour from 7-8 where the guests can enjoy cocktails for only 100 Baht.

Located in the centre of Baan Tai, just across the road from Baan Tai beach. 10 minutes from Thong Sala Pier and 10 minutes from Haad Rin. 2-3 minutes from all other parties on the island.

Just 2 minutes walk away from local amenities including an ATM, 7- Eleven, pharmacies clothing and food shops. Within 5 minutes walk of a number of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets.

Please note that you will be sent a paypal invoice for the first night of your stay within 48 hours of booking, so keep an eye on your emails! Failure to pay the deposit within the 48 hour time frame will result in your booking being cancelled.
