that hostel-hotel palmalife was one of the i ever seen it, specially when we entered there first night, they did not want to accpet us although i told them i already reserved and consequently paid for it, we were so tired BUT in reception that person kept us more than 30 minutes waiting unneccessarily,i just asked him please pay taxi fair , i have euro and i will give you tomorrow , he did not accpet and late in the night i had to search to find change and in that area there was no exchange and with difficulty i could exchange the euro and pay the taxi fair.the person in reception was very bad characther person and had no feeling al all to us as his costomers.he wanted even to keep our passport with him, i told him i traveled my whole life and you are not allowed to keep our passport , you write our name and give our passport back and if you dont want , we go from here now , then he gave us.that hostel was one of the worst that we prefered to sleep in street rather than to sleep there , although we we stayed in istanbul , but nextday we changed our place to MUCH BETTER HOSTEL with much less hostel cost, can you believe it?i wish you dont send any guest there specially women, it is not safe hostel and also area for women specially.i will never come again to your wensite to book any hostel if i need, sorry that i tell you direct.we paid money for that dirty hostel just for nothing but to get pain too.please dont send me any more mail or hostel advertisment, that is my last word to you.i worked for my money, i did not find my money in street.in this table for all items i have written 10, because there is no other numbers, actually for that hostel, area, and specially for that person in recption i have to write: absolut 0 or even minus 10.once again do not send me any more mail hereafter or any advertisment.ok?
