In the B&B of Artem you can enjoy the lovely garden with all kinds of art. There are several places where you can rest, enjoy a cup of tea (made by the herbs from the garden).
Within 150 meters of the Guesthouse you can participate in a workshop where you can make your own cross-stone. On a footstep of this special experience you can see and sometimes (when the process is on) help to make liquor, wine and marmalade. The distillation and bottling can be seen and done.

The rooms at the Guest house all come with parquet flooring and shared bathroom facilities. A common lounge area is also provided on site.

Furthermore, guests at the property can take advantage of a fully equipped shared kitchen. Breakfast is served daily and dinner can be enjoyed at the on-site restaurant.

Artem has bikes you can use for free. He knows very beautiful routes to bike (5-50 km). A map is ready for you. When you like hiking with a guide you can hike routes (5-15 km) in the surrounding. The guide will tell you all about the nature and the animals who are living in the surrounding of the guesthouse.

There is also an opportunity to learn and do Armenian dances. Artem and his wife give workshops in the evening (after a very good meal).
